Hey now a days technology is going to be changed very speedily . As i know about it u should take the food in which u will get more protein but not in big qty. As per ur need and fix it. And u also can try soya milk it will really helpful to u. But just fix the qty .

Hey there are so many reasons for falling the hair and lack of nutrition is one of them. One should take the care of diet . They should avoid junk food and have to stick to diet plan. All the best.

As per my experience to do color original hair is really really harmful. After doing it i felt that my hair falls and after that i stopped to do so. So it is not advisable to do colour on original hair.
