  2. Dear All.

The purpose of starting this interesting topic "Hair Transplant In CML(Chronic Myeloid Leukaemia ) Patient" to give a true picture of the safety profile.

I have came across a 65 years old Patient who is suffering from CML since July 2006.Now he is complete Remission phae since 6 monthes while using Gleevec tablet per day since then.He had last appointment with his Doctor on 10th Aug 2009.According to his doctor, his blood reports shows complete molecular Response.

Your valuable comments in this regard will be wellcomed.

  3. How Many Graft do u need?

Its really a very important questions for the peoples going for Hair transplant surgery. you may need upto 2000 grafts but it also depend upon ur condition.

Like if you are smoker, your Hiar transplant surgeon should be very careful regarding making your sites as closed sites formation in smoker and Diabetic patients may result in Necrosis because of poor blood supply.

  6. Hi Dear...i have neither seen the actuall result of armani nor met him but Know about him through a trainner from uk.Our center train the doctor in the Hair transpalnt surgery,so that doctor came to our hair trnspalnt institute for trainning.Previously he was booked with Armani for tranning but finnaly he decided to come over here.He told me about his previous appoinment with Armani and told me that he is consider the good surgeon in the area, before that i was not even aware of that name.

  7. Hi Dear....congratulation for restarting ur new year with new hairs.

What i advise to my patient.........I usually allow my patient to shampoo his hairs after 48hours.........keep in mind shampoo with the help of a luke warm water through mug(Bowel),The patient are advised not to touch the planted hairs for 10 days in any case however gently rubb with help of pulp of the two figers the donor area during shampooing his hairs to get fine scar.

The patient are allowed after 10days to take direct shower on the planted hairs and to rubb it gently again with the pulp of two fingers but in round dirction thats may be clock wise or anti clock wise.

Its strictly advised that there should be scab after 17 days..as it may result in infection.

To soften the scab.....Olive oil may be used for an hour before taking shower.

Theffnext thing which is very important for u that there should be no dandrup for the 6 months........and if any please use anti dandruff shampoo.

Again there may be pimple in your palnted area....wheich is usually 1% of the total transpalnted grafts. This is quite normal, this is not an indication of infection .Just clean it with alcohol swab..........nothing more.

One thing more that ur area ll be num for some time. Its normal. The sensation came back @

    1mm/day .

    if u have any question,dont hesitate,plz ask.

  8. Hi Dear..........its the fact and has been proved scientifically that by the end of 2 and half month the transplanted hair start growing and about 3mm in size which is at that time inside the dermis and not visible.Usually become visible by the end of 3rd month or so and by the end of 4th month the client ll get only 10% of the result.............similarly by the end of 5th month 25%,By the end of 6th month 50% of the result..................so u have to wait for least3 months more and by the end of 9th month u ll get ur 100% result..............so then you and any body then comments about the density, etc of the surgery.

  9. Hi Dear.............i have gone through ur question. It seem to b a scar due to tight closur Usually happen in 2nd surgery to get more graft. In other word excessive strip is removed.Thid best best method to avoid this bad scar is to stricly follow double wedge closure, which prevent removal of wide strip which result in tight closure and finally bed scar

  10. Hi dear...i have gone through ur question. I offer u the Hair tarspalnt surgery at a very ecnomical rate here in pakistan.I am sure you ll be happy from the result.......the naturalness, density and minimal scar visibility....which make me superior than other surgeon.

If i faild to give u the desire result i ll return u all ur money.Usually i do surgery of more than 2800 grafts daily which boosts my patient result.
