My hair started growing everything is going well. But since past few weeks like 3 i started noticing hair fall while i was showering. Like atleast 40-50 hair strands. That too mostly from sides of head and few from top of the head. Im just worried that is this part of process or something wrong.

If you used DHT inhibitor medicines and reduced the dosage or leave the medicines, it can be observed.
During the hair transplant, the whole area transplanted or it is planted between the hairs you already had ?Your own hairs which is not transplanted may loss.
