I've been following this one and the other martin maag review and for both of you it looks like more grafts were extracted than put in. Can you request a count of the number of extractions performed, and the number of grafts placed. There is something called a transection rate, where in FUE a certain percent of grafts die due to being transected. It would be useful for you to know the transection rate of your procedure. You can probably use GMP to count the number of grafts placed in your recipient area, for your donor area it would be harder since the picture is a little blurry and not showing the entire area.
