Wow ! . if cost is an issue you can go with Somesh who was another doctor in 120 package along with her . He is equally good from what i heard , though you don't see his results on this forum. you can specifically ask for his results .

Do you mean for Dr. Priyadarshini Das ? i had the procedure barely 15 days ago at 120 per graft ,how much is it now?

Day 13 - Mostly Scab free Now. Transplanted grafts have grown , Haven't seen any major shedding yet ,probably right around the corner !.

Donor area has also healed ,no discomfort or itching there ,infact that's been the case since day 4-day 5.

I travelled from within India so can’t help you much on that. Other things just  Keep your older pics before hair loss handy if you have extensive hairline work to give you and doctor idea about what kind of hairline would be natural and suit you. 

Done with the surgery. Here are some post ops pics. Apart from the anaesthesia pricks especially in donor area which lasted a second or two at time , it was quite painless.

I was talking about my experience with Finasteride when i initially took it in my early 20s for couple of years . I discontinued it and currently back on it for last 10 days.

My experience at the time was similar to what this person has documented . It worked out well for him , it very well could have been my experience if i decided to stick with it longer.

It worked very well for me when i started in 2001 , From losing 100s of hairs in shower ,went to almost Zero in one month .  Apart from dull testicular ache in first few weeks (still experiencing that ! hoping it goes away ! ) ,didn't experience any side effects . After couple of years , i felt i was losing ground ,seeing more hairs in hands while washing hair ,thinning hairline etc , maybe it was just a Finastride shed which people go through ...  I was wondering if i should continue with it despite diminishing returns and increased possibility of side effects as i get older . Also, Mentally hairloss thing was playing a number ,as i was obsessively worried about my hair every waking minute ,reading every single post on all available forums and usenet groups or news about hairloss to the point it was affecting other parts of my life . To me at that time , Acceptance and not caring about my hair was the CURE. So i just quit one day ,dumped my topicals , tablets in to the bin,  focused on my career ,got married , travelled, had kids etc up until last month when i was drawn in to the vortex again !!   . 

I've registered originally on this site when it was called something else i don't even remember the username and looking for hair transplants even back then !

Yes , i get bed head thing on the back , wasn't mindful of that . Here are  latest pictures i took this AM
