Your donor looks thin/sparse, in my opinion.

You've got alot of real estate up top to cover and very limited donor supply.

If you relocate hair from the donor into the hairline and then all the way back, sure you could get some up there, but I feel like density would be so low you'd wonder why you chose to do it.

Devil's advocate though, you have ideal contrast between hair/skin color so that you can likely get by with much much less than someone like me with very fair complexion and jet black hair which would make my density in your situation post HT look like nothing.

Yeah makes complete sense. I guess my best option is to use a hair system until technology hopefully advances

  2. Hey guys, I saved hair for like a bit over 2 weeks now.

Hah, I haven't saved hair for this long for over 8 years, but yeah the hair loss is very apparent now. Keep in mind I got SMP.

So give it to me raw, I have actually saved my hair because I'm gonna try a hair system, but there is no way I have enough donor to cover the completely bald top of my head right.

  3. Essentially, I got SMP done in 2014, and have shaved ever since.

I have not used any medications in order to try to preserve my hair, I have even used DHT based steroids, such as Proviron and primobolan so likely I have lost as much as I possibly can by now.

This picture is from 2014, right before I got SMP:

Now, I grew my hair a little more than I used to do now, and I estimate there is *complete* hair loss in the following area right now:

And when I say completely hair loss, I mean complete.

Is there any chance that I could possibly have FUE to restore these areas? my hair is typical thin scandinavian/nordic hair. I've always assumed that I'm not a candidate but I would like to hear from others if I got any options at all.

  4. One unexplored thing that's been on my mind is if anyone have considered potentially using the peptides BPC 157 and/or TB500 on top of Verteporfin.

The Verteporfin stimulates the tissue to regenerate to heal in a more physiological way, the two mentioned peptides above accelerates healing in basically every single tissue.

Both of these have a lot of anecdotal evidence among the bodybuilding community in particular, there's studies on rats showing amazing results.

People have been attempting to use these two peptides individually in attempts to stimulate hair growth without much results. However, now we're talking something completely different.

think it's worth exploring to combine these peptides with Verteporfin, my theory is that they have a synergistic effect.

Verteporfin = Makes the tissue regenerate in a more physiologic fashion, with the chance of follicles completely regenerate.

BPC 157/TB 500 = Aids and accelerates the effects of Verteporfin, increasing the likelyhood of tissue regeneration in a physiological fashion.

    Any thoughts on this?

Wow, now if that's not progress I don't know what is. His burn mark was corrected plus hair grew back where it's been missing for over a year like the patient commented.

Perhaps even further than Verteporforin Hair Transplants we can perfect Verteporforin Microneedling as well to regenerate lost follicles or weak follicles.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but it's really only appropiate at the back of the head/sides on the DHT resistant areas.

*If* you could somehow microneedle with verteporfin on top of your head it would still be redundant as that hair is still under attack and would be killed off again by DHT if regeneration was even possible in that area.
