Yeah I’ve never used saline spray so not sure how that it is but these sprays for me worked good and helped me when I felt the need to scratch my head lol

That’s correct! I agree! I’m not sure how saline spray is but this surgi heal was cool! I have no financial affiliation at all, but I like the product

Or they withhold information behind their product or tease information or make you watch a half hour video for 20 second information. Ughh. I used to watch a lot of hairloss youtubers before finding this forum and it’s like I learned everything about hair transplants and hairloss in one week here including the good clinics all for free.

YouTube is more like a money making platform than a knowledge sharing platform. Google doesn’t care, I heard they want to compete with TikTok now so the clickbait and trash content will get even trash. 

Not saying you are going to turn out like that but I don’t feel like wasting my time.

Thanks for your honest feedback! I agree with what your saying completely but my aim of the channel is only to share my experience in an effort to help people.

Also, he only gives you the surgiHeal pro sprays and gives you 2 antibiotics pills plus one pain killer pill that you take for 5 days after surgery. I will explain this more and whole process in my upcoming youtube videos

I got the surgery last Wednesday and only few scabs remain but redness left within 2-3 days and a lot scabs are now starting to disappear. I love this spray.
