Was the front transplanted before? Or is that still your natural front? That matters because if you haven't transplanted that area yet, you don't want to put too many grafts into the crown and not have enough left for the frontal 3rd once that all falls out.

Yes the frontal part is transplanted and as you can see in the photos itself very low density transplant done by some local clinic. I thought I will not make the same mistake so went to a reputed clinic popular on this forum for the crown transplant. But I am facing the same results again.

  2. It has been seven months since I had a FUE transplant with 2000 grafts on my crown area, but I have not noticed any significant hair growth. I'm concerned that the procedure may not have been successful. Is there any chance that I will see improvement in the future, or should I come to terms with the possibility of never having a full head of hair and consider shaving it off?

Yeah those hairs at the front look thick and healthy and if they’re transplanted hairs they are permanent.

If you keep using fin and min, you should’ve a wonderful result with a good clinic and your hairloss will stay stable even improve.

Which doctor did your first transplant?

I did my first hair transplant here -
I was vulnerable because of norwood 5 at 25 and went ahead without much research. When it came to surgery, it was a disaster. Nearly 90% work done by technicians, doctor present only to punch in hairs along the hair line and that too there are small bumps along my hairline.
