On what basis are you making such assumptions of him getting retired ? Did anyone from fuecapilar or dr turan tell you this? This wild assumption of yours is spreading like a fire everywhere...so now please sprinkle some water to it ..lol
I was told by a member of his staff. I regret even posting it since people don’t like hearing it and blame the messenger.

I was told that by the interpreter who works for Dr. Turan. He said Dr. Turan was most likely going to retire / transition to do a limited amount of surgeries on a VIP type basis in the next 1+ year.

I did consider Dr. Gur as well. Thanks and I’m super happy with the results thus far.

Day 8 since surgery. Some scabs came off today with gentle massaging. There’s an open patch where I’m hoping no grafts came out. I didn’t see any in the scabs, but it still looks a bit unpopulated with grafts, although I can see some hairs present. I’m sure I’m just overreacting like so many of us do after a procedure. I’ve attached photos of the area.

I’d also love to see an update from your surgery. I’m currently on day 4 since my surgery with Dr. Turan and am similar to your case as far as graft count. I had 2,551 grafts. Hope your progress is great and looking forward to any updates you can provide us.

Thank you. I bought it from alldaychemist and had it shipped to the US.

The work looks very clean and dense. We are waiting for your surgery report too. Does Dr Turan does up to 2 patients per day?
I’m still waiting on the report and when I get it I’ll post the results. Dr. Turan does 2 patients per day and he’s grooming his replacement Dr. as she was present for much of the procedure. Dr. Turan is probably going to retire in the next 1+ year so I’d highly suggest anyway wanting a surgery from him to get on the schedule asap.

Thank you. I saw the report yesterday when they took my bandages off and gave me my first wash. They are sending me a digital copy of my surgical report later today and I can share more specific details then. After reviewing the report in the office, they said that they took 17% of my total donor area for the operation of 2,551 grafts. They said I had a very high density of 3s, 4s, 5s and 6s, many of which they left in tact. They explained that I will have plenty of donor left should I ever need surgery again in the future. I’m currently taking finasteride since September 22 and oral minoxidil for the past month (taking 1 week off now due to Dr. order) and expect some nice growth in the future. I’ve attached some day 2 photos.

Thank you! I’m looking forward to 6+ months in the future. The total cost was 3,250 euros.

How’s the shock loss progressing? I have a surgery coming up with Dr. Turan on March 1st. Shock loss always looks scary, but it seems to recover slowly by surely.

Hello all,
I am feeling a bit overwhelmed with all the research pertaining to finding what I believe to be the best surgeon to perform a FUE surgery on my hairline. I have had a few consults in FL and the consensus is that I will need between 1800-2300 grafts to fill in the receding corners of my hairline. I'd like to keep this surgery under 10k. I am willing to travel anywhere in the world to get this done, but I want opinions on who the best is for the money? I know that's a tough question since many surgeons are doing good work. I started speaking with Dr. Aron Nusbaum's office and I am getting the impression they will be very pricey. I sent my photos to Dr. Bicer's office and she has stated the same estimate on the number of grafts needed as Dr. Nusbaum recommended. I have recently sent emails to Dr. Nader, Dr. Bisanga, Dr. Zarev & Dr. Ferreira. I am reading as many posts as I can on various Doctors, but it seems like a whirlwind and then there's the problem of some apparently being booked out till the end of next year, etc. If anyone can weigh in I would greatly appreciate it as I am new to this realm. I apologize if this type of post is somewhere else. I have been convering as much material as I can. It's especially tough when I read a bunch of good reviews on Dr. Bicer and then some will chime in and say she's not worth the travel / price for Turkey. Thanks for your time and help!
Dr. Turan FUE 2,551 grafts.
