2000 grafts my backside 🤣🤣 your hair looks fine dude! You might need around 20 grafts 🤣👊🏼
It doesn't look as bad after a haircut I think 1000 at least to fix the density lol

then you shouldnt aim to get a norwood 1 hairline with an hairtransplant tbh. too agressive. and if you are willing to go bald that little recession you have right now shouldnt you bother you that much.
unless you know for sure that no male relative in your family went beyond the norwood 3 or 4 area…
My Maternal Grandfather went full Monk in his 30s. My dad is 60 and NW5.

Hello, I'm 30 years old from the UK and have been dealing with a receding hairline for roughly 4 years now. I don't know when it started but it became noticeable around 3/4 years ago when my right temple was no longer level with my left temple. I've been fairly fortunate in that my left temple seems to have stayed or receded only slightly but my right temple keeps receding by like 1/4 cm each year lol.
I'd like to get my hairline back to NW1 and when I consulted a local hair transplant clinic in North London he recommended 2000 Grafts. Is this enough?
I started taking Finasteride 1mg 3x/week in Oct 2021. I noticed a lack of libido and morning wood after a few months but decided to carry on to see if it would subside. After 7 months of not getting morning wood very often I decided to stop a month ago and within 3 weeks I've been getting morning wood almost daily. I'm going to wait another month for the Fin to hopefully "flush" out of my system and then I will get back on it at 0.5mg 3x/week and monitor the progress.
I know how important Fin is to stop further loss but if it means losing physical function downstairs I think I'd rather go bald
I had a haircut today and the sides/back were shaved down to Grade 1. I have taken photos of my hair/scalp in the harshest light I had available.
Thanks for reading!
NW2-ish - How many grafts for dense hairline?

You're not wrong about the hairstyle. Part of the reason I keep it so short and basic is because of the thin hairline. If it was thicker I would slick it up with some wax or something but atm it just looks crappy cos of all the loose/minituarised hairs.
