Fun fact:
"Verte por fin" in spanish means something like "finally getting to see you" or "seeing you at last" ...

I'm not so sure it's such a large number of grafts for the area covered. I think the post op pics are a bit more revealing of the situation. The front and mid scalp were addressed with 4800 grafts and probably will be a one and done pass. Most patients require a touch up in the hairline and further back or even a second pass to achieve decent coverage.
I also think that the OP was closer to a NW 4 than a NW 3.
I still feel the number of grafts is on the high side but i would consider it a success if the results ended in a 1 and done procedure.
Regarding Couto, Freitas, Eugenix etc i've seen them work wonders with a cansiderably lower number, yes. However sometimes i feel the results are a little misleading regarding lighting and may lead to false expectations / misleading judgment. Still, the results are amongst the best in the industry.
Just my two cents,
Saludos!

I don't want to speak for the doctor, however i recall him saying in the interviews posted in the forum that verteporfin had to be used immediately after extracting the graft to work properly. That was the protocol being tested.

Hi HappyMan2021, thank you for your input. Did you get a confirmation in your mail when you sent it?
I'd also like to ask you if after the consultation you went along with scheduling the procedure or you had to go for an in person consultation.

Hi everyone. Long time lurker, first post. I just wanted to ask a question regarding the online consultation at H&W. Yesterday I completed the form and sent pictures, however i didn't get any kind of confirmation in my mail confirming they recieved it. I know they answer between 3 and 5 days after sending it but i'm worried they might have not recieved it since i had no confirmation. Is this usual or should i complete everything again?
Thank you in advance
Ps: sorry for my english, native spanish speaker here.

I think although you already had some hair in some transplanted areas (excluding zones 1 and 2), regarding the extent to which grafts were placed and the fact you just used 3500 your result is nothing short of phenomenal.
