Dooooood. This looks amazing. Congrats! Excited to continue waiting for mine from Dr B.
How is your hair going now? What stage you at? Any redness?

Looks very natural all over!
Would you be able to grow the sides and back out if you wanted to?
Are you on fin / min since the procedure?
-
Looks great and likely you have another 3-6 months of growth to go. Well done.

Looks great. Went back to your photos pre-HT and this is a stunning result for the number of grafts.
I'm scheduled for Dr. Buchwach later this year.

As I said, this is only in harsh lighting, and most people don't even notice it, but since we're all hair transplant weirdos who look at the back of our heads, we tend to overthink things a little 😅
Also, this really depends on your donor area. If you have very fine hair and a lot of grafts avaliable in your donor, you may be able to have a lot more grafts taken without it being noticeable at a #3 guard.
Reminds when a friend of mine retiled his bathroom. It looked great but he kept pointing out the small mistakes he made. I didn’t even notice until he pointed to it and I noticed the small amount of unevenness in places.Same applies here.

Stylistic though I’ve never liked how the sides looked with shorter cuts given to how fine my hair is in general.
Got it.
Dare I say it looks better now than the photos you posted from the way back machine when you had hair.

Very impressive. Are you shaving the back and sides for styling or you’re worried on the density in those areas?

Nice, I still have redness but am prone to it. You should track your journey!
How is your hair going? Any further updates? Has the redness all gone now?

Nice! Really liked his staff.
How is your recovery going? Feeling good.
I noted you said you didn’t shave your head prior to treatment - is that possible at Dr. B?

I did not. I know one of Buchwach's other patients that I've been chatting with on Reddit also got it. When I initially called in to discuss medical therapy for it he also said he had been helping a few other patients with the same problem that week as well.
Folliculitis is caused by the shaving of your head. It’s when a growing hair is bent downward and stops the oil from naturally seeping into your skin. The skin becomes infected and hence you get the small pimples. Let the hair grow at this stage.
Men who shave their faces everyday get it a lot.
Your results are great btw, I’ll be going to Buchwach as well. He’s been very good in the consultation phase.
