Be gentle with those remaining scabs.  Just be patient and let them heal and fall off on their own.  I know its temping to touch them and to try to speed up the process but you're better off letting it occur naturally.

My clinic told me to put on some lotion on the remaining scabs/crust for 30 minuts before showering today, and it helped me a lot to get the rest off. I’m on day 14 today. Here is the result 🙂

but i agree, better safe than sorry. My clinic told me that it will help the healing proces to get it off after 14 days, but again - everyone has a different healing proces, so make sure to talk to your clinic and send them some pictures.

Much, much better. For what I can see very quickly is that the scabs that are left are the bigger ones from your first photo.

What I would advise you to do is to gently dab shampoo on the last scabs and let it soak in for 1.5 hours (advise I got from my clinic before they washed it for me). The scabs should come of but don't force it.

Thank you. The thing is, when i massage these areas, specially the big one on the left, i feel a little pain, so i dont think that it has heeled 100% yet, so im gonna give it a couple days before i soak it in. But thank you for your advise!

You said you have used baby shampoo but for how long did you leave it on?

    How are your scabs today?

It looks better now. I started to gently massage the scabs with shampoo on day 10. As you can see there is a little blood, but nothing to be worried about. I’m on day 12 now, and this is how it looks. What do you think?

  4. Hi everyone.

So i'm on day 8 post my FUE HT, and i've been washing my hair gently since day 3 with baby shampoo, but I have a lot of scabs.

I don't feel safe about massaging my scalp yet, since i'm worried about my grafts, but is it normal to have so many scabs? And what would you recommend?

    Thanks.
