Looking great!
You’ve kept a lot of the grafts. Maybe only shed like 50%? Pretty damn good!
At my one month, I’ve shed pretty much everything 😅

@gxm100 how’s it going man? How’s your one month?

If by conservative you mean how willing is the surgeon to talk to you about planning multiple surgeries in advance(donor management), taking into consideration your usage (or lack of usage) of fin, as well as what YOU want YOUR hair to look like, then I feel like it’s just a matter of asking and no one will say no?

Based on the pics, graft count, recipient area, I think you will get about 50%(at least) more density through thicker shafts as well as more grafts continuing to pop.

Looks great! Once the redness goes away it looks like you’ll be able to rock a small buzz if you want.
How does your scar feel? Is it flat to the touch or are you noticing any bumps?
especially since you’ve started exercising, does your scar feel/look any different?

@Storytime I think you’re about to turn the corner from the ugly duckling phase.
How is your scar btw? Is it very visible with your shorter hairstyle? #6?

Have you cut your hair at all? Wondering what guard Size you plan to cover the FUT scar?

Did you hear back from Dr Bloxham? @gxm100

I’ve found that some of the smaller hairs are definitely popping follicles but some are just transplanted hairs that never did shed.
So when your new growth starts with those follicles, don’t be surprised if you shed some of the small hairs you’re seeing as the new growth pushes the old hair out.
