Thanks Melvin
Yes please

Thanks Curious.
Never heard of that, is topical or oral best?
-
Thanks Melvin, which one are you using?
I understand it's not a replacement but as I can't take minoxidl or finasteride is it the next best thing?
-
I agree, definitely sales tactics.
Is LLLT a complete waste if time from anyone?
-
Thank you.
They did try and charge me a lot more originally. They seem to think their system is a lot more powerful than the helmets and they are just for maintenance..

Hi,
I've been offered LLLT at a local hair restoration centre (advanced hair studio) for £1000 for six months and additional £500 for a further 6 months. Are the clinics systems much better than the home helmets?
I can't take Finasteride or Minoxidl due to the sides so not sure what else I can try.
Cheers

I'm 2.5 weeks into oral minoxidl (1.25mg per day) and had comments the veins under my eyes are more visible... Anyone else had this? They were visible before I started, looking at my post op pics (I started a few weeks after transplant).

I was considering laser therapy as well as this spectral dnc-n but it sounds too good to true

Headaches and high heart rate

Hi,
I get sides from minoxidl so was considering trying spectral dnc-n containing nanoxidil.
I appreciate it may not do much but is it safe post transplant?
The ingredients are;
- NANOXIDIL
- Adenosine
- Caffeine
- Copper tripeptide 1
- Lypophosphatidic acid
- Retinol
STIMULATE HAIR GROWTHAzelaic acid
ANTI-INFLAMMATORYPiroctone olamine
thank you!

Thank you all.
I appreciate it's not guaranteed but not sure what else I can do if I can't take fin or minoxidl. I assume it can't make anything worse.
Will try and look for someone for reputable before making a decision

Thank you
Sorry don't mean to be thick but what makes a clinic do decent PRP? I thought the machine separates everything and it's just injected in the scalp?
Yes I fully appreciate it's not a long term solution to protect my native hairs but as I cannot take fin or minoxidl (lowered dose/topical) it was recommended as an option.

It's not to boost the transplant more to help improve my native hairs as I still have a lot and not on any hair loss treatment due to the sides
Cheers

Hi,
I've recently had a hair transplant in Turkey and he recommended further PRP courses when back in the UK.
Prices vary wildly from £150 a session to £450! Does it really matter who I choose? I took a lot of time choosing my transplant surgeon but can PRP go wrong/be done poorly?
There are a few UK transplant clinics that offer reasonable sessions.
Cheers
LLLT at clinic or buy home helmet?

I've managed to get AHS down to £50 a session but once every 2 weeks is the max I could do. Would that have any benefit to existing hairs?
