  1. Mr MojoRisin

As a fellow Scott who just had a Transplant I would say be careful. I id a huge amount of research before getting my HT in Dec, I ended up with Hassan and Wong in Vancouver and so far I am delighted I did. Do lots of research and check the websites, see all the clear photos and videos and even have a consulation with a few. I know a another guy on this site BRICKENIT from Glasgow, search for hime on the forums, he also went to Hassan and Wong. So do your research first, dont be scared of flying because its only a day on a plane. My research shound the best are in Canada and USA. Good luck

  2. I am planning a transplant in Dec. I have a fair amount of hair on top and going to get about 5000 grafts over whole of top to thicken it.

I am wondering will my old hair on top grow back in from day one at the same rate as before so that after about a month will I look the same as before the transplant or will I be bald on top until new hair comes in at about 4 months. Does anyone have photos showing similar situation

Every year, the International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery (ISHRS), an organization dedicated to physician education meets for their annual scientific meeting to discuss the latest and greatest developments in hair restoration (see the highlights of last year's annual meeting). This year, the meeting is in beautiful Amsterdam of the Netherlands.

Pat, Publisher of the Hair Transplant Network and I will be attending the meetings to bring you the latest news in surgical and non-surgical hair restoration.

If you or any of our members happen to live in or are visiting Amsterdam during the time of the conference (July 22nd ??“ July 26th), you may want to consider attending. There is however, a fee associated with attendance, so be sure to visit www.ishrs.org for more details.

    Best wishes,

    Bill
