I had to wait 3 weeks before i got a reaction. So i think many good surgeons are a bit  busy so it's normal that you have to wait.

All good options. You could check Dr. Ahmad of Fuegenix based in Bergen op zoom (Netherlands). It's just over the border. of belgium, 7 hour drive from london. The price is lower then the ones you quoted. 

I got a transplant there and now 13 months post op, very happy. I also have a thread here.

I wil ask someone to make a photo of my donor area. I have buzzed it down to number 2 and i can't see that it is thinned or anything. 

the doctor made a  video with wet hair to show the density. Here are some shots of it.
