so I’m planning of getting a second hair transplant because I want to increase the density of the area. I had a hair transplant to make my forehead smaller. The second one I asked them to not shave the recipient area because it was so difficult this past year to hide that area. Anyways so my question is, will the old transplanted hair fall out after getting my second hair transplant?

Thank you for your reply! May I know why? And is it considered repair if I only want to get it to increase density? I had my first one as a “forehead reduction” hair transplant

I had a hair transplant last year to make my forehead smaller and I’m not happy with the density. I want to get a second one in Turkey and I’m looking for a clinic that does DHI hair transplant without shaving. Any suggestions?
