That's top notch..I have good density from my 4200 grafts, from Hasson and Wong, but the looks even better..Im going to look them up. I might need some touching up next year///Maybe they're less costly than Hasson and Wong

From what I can see, this looks like excellent workmanship. And with only 3500 to 4500 grafts. I had 4200 hundred FUT with Hasson/Wong many years ago. And they too did great work with much density. But for some reason this looks like more. This could also be the lighting and the angle of pictures. I would not hesitate to see this doctor depending on the price and the location.

Sounds like vey good surgeon. I'll check it out, not sure thought I can make such a long trip to Jordan. Unless maybe he is much less than in the USA....Still it is quite a ways away and would have to make it a long stay.....

Thats the problem.. the medication is not for a month...its supposed to be forever.. And Im willing to bet if anyone having a reaction like I did, id be bald with no chance of ever gaining the hair back...I have found other ways non-medication for this...And yes drugs can cause hair loss..Look up potential side effects of depacote...

Now i recall, It was depacote and nobody even told me it could do that...I will no longer take any of those as they all seem to make me shed..and they make you fat...Id rather be thin with hair and depresses of and on than happy all the time with no hair at 250 pounds...

Thank you for that...Actually i just called, and Hasson only does FUE. and Wong does both FUE and FUT...I cant afford the FUE right now...4000 grafts would be around 30 k for FUE and FUT around 16,000 with Dr. Wong...I was also maybe thinking of Ron Shapiro in Minnesota..?  What do you think from what others have reviewed on here...Thanks much...

it made mine fall out...I cant remember which one,...it was so long ago and it happened right after a transplant..They didnt know it was the bad transplant or the meds...Recently i was on some bipolar meds and same thing so i stopped for good

Good Morning- I had 4000 FUT done with Dr. Hasson in 2012. And did an amazing job. He has had me on 1/4 pill of a 5MG Proscar everyday since then. No side effects as far as I can tell. A decade later and with age, I'm starting to lose a bit in the middle, the crown and the hairline and wanted to do one more surgery. Since I'm on the east coast and as much as I would love to be in the hands of Dr. Hasson again. I really don't want to make the trip from Boston all the way to Vancouver, unless I really have to. So with that being said, I was going to call Dr. Fellers office today and get some information. It would be much easier for me, since Im already on the east coast.  I may even consider his offices in Miami where I could rent a place for a month or two and chill out after surgery. I've read many good things about Dr. Feller/ Bloxham. Is one better than the other?  Or would they be neck and neck on the quality of work they do?...I see the prices look to be about the same...Thanks in advance for any replies....

Thanks for the video..Very helpful. They come back from vacation January 10th so I'll be calling and see what scheduling looks like for the spring and summer. How things are going with the pandemic and all..

I'll prob opt for the FUE then..Ive had two FUT. The first one was not good...Dr Hasson did the second one and did amazing job...Thanks for advice..RH

I would be following the Drs advice though, If you do have a “nest” of hair waiting to be tapped then it’s a very worthwhile consideration. Rather than the very real risk of stretching your current FUT scar. Depending on how much FUE is taken then it shouldn’t get much thinner. Especially if it’s already been noticed you have a abundance of hair in the donor area.

Hello all-- I had incredible results with Dr. Hasson in Vancouver back in 2012 when I was 54. He did the strip method with about 4000 grafts for hairline and to the middle. My crown was a bit weak, but with the prescription of Proscar, 1/4 mg of a 5MG pill, my crown actually filled in with the medication which really surprised me. But I was told that Proscar can not only help the hair from thinning, but can also get hair growing in the crown area. Anyhoo. Here I am now at 63. Hair is still there and going strong, but I can deff feel like I'm losing some ground in the hairline and the middle as I age. A quick follow up to Dr. Hasson's office last month with pictures, he recommended if I decide to move forward, I should consider the FUE method as opposed to the strip due to my scalp being a bit tight. I mentioned I can't afford the FUE and would have to go back to the strip. This will have been my third surgery. The first one with another doctor in 2008 failed miserably. The only way I maybe could do the FUE, is if Dr. Hasson felt like I only needed a touch up. But I figured, if I'm going to have to go through all of this with shaving the head, why not just go to the same level as grafts as before.......Besides the prohibitive cost of FUE, I wanted to know if FUE when done, would it cause the back of scalp to get much thinner as opposed to the strip method?  Before and after my surgery with Dr. Hasson, he told me that I have a nest in the back of my head, which is great in case any further surgeries are needed. If I do this, it would be in the next year or so, as Im just waiting to see how the virus plays out...If I opt for the strip method, it would be my third and would have to be the last one.. I worry also, that maybe the strip would decrease the volume on the sides at this point..It did it ever so slightly from the last one. But it's hardly noticeable...I would think the more you do maybe the worse it might get? Thanks for reading and appreciate any advice...RH
