It would be a good idea to get tested for Covid…tests are readily accessible these days.
A number of OTC pain relievers such as Tylenol or other aspirin products work well to help reduce fever.
No it's definitely not COVID I was just walking in our locality in night time and there was lot of fog. And there are no cases in our locality

I'm 45 days post surgery and I got fever due to night time travel.
Will that have any negative impact on the results.
And what medicines can we take.
Can we take antibiotics for fever now?

Absolutely no need to worry, these are all normal shedding hairs. You will see “J” “L” or hook types. Nothing I see here isn’t anything but what can be expected.
Thank you so much.
I'm so worried about these. Now I can get some relief

I agree on this point which leads me to believe they may have made a lot of attempts that didn't yield an actual graft. What happens is they attempt to FUE out a graft, but they cut the hair below the skin and don't get the follicle root. If that happens, the hair will usually grow back in, but at the moment it's just growing below the surface. So while it's not really shock loss, it could grow back as if it was shock loss except it may grow back sooner. Let's hope that's the case.
Thank you so much for your positive response. I'm so worried but now I feel a bit relief

If we're being blunt, it's over harvesting, sorry to be the bearer of bad news.
Shock-loss doesn't really happen in the immediate days after a HT, more like after a few weeks to a month or more. Combine this with the visibly clear edges of the extraction zone where it goes from thinned out to instantly thick donor hair again and it's obvious this is the result of over harvesting.
Again, what is the name of the clinic who did this to you?
Some local clinic called radiant. Though I know it's local but results were excellent for past patients I have seen some in live and they had great results so I decided to go.

Looking at your donor pre surgery (it's hard to tell for sure from the pic you posted, but it looks fairly thick) and looking at the contrast between the extracted area and the non extracted area of the donor in your above pics, I would unfortunately have to guess that you've been over-harvested. If that picture is just a couple days after surgery, I think it's far more likely for this to be the case than it being shock-loss.
It just looks like they've taken too many grafts too close together basically, and if it is indeed the case, it unfortunately won't improve much. It also looks like they took more grafts than are actually implanted into your recipient to me.... which clinic did you go to?
Please check I'm sending pictures 4 days post surgery. Is it shockloss or over harvesting

How long ago was surgery? Also, there’s no need to create multiple threads for the same question.
Sir it was on 6th December that is 17 days ago

It seems you have two threads with the same topic, try and keep it to one thread 👍.
You don't have any picture pre op? Looks like over harvesting and shock loss, also I wonder if your donor ever had the capacity for 3500 grafts.
Depending on the your hair loss pre op and the state you were in I wonder if you were a good candidate for a hair transplant.
Which doctor and clinic?
Please check now I also added pre operation pictures

Does fever, cold due to flu impact my final result
in Hair Restoration Questions and Answers
Posted
I'm 45 days post surgery and I'm having fever, cold due to flu.
Due to fever I didn't wash my hair for 2 days, today I washed my hair and collected the fallen hairs and uploaded the photos. They were more than the number of hairs that I generally find every day.
I just used paracetamol and cough syrup as medication for flu.
I'm worried if something is wrong or will it effect my end result.
Please tell is it ok or do I need to consult surgeon.
