Can you post an Update?

But a lot of famous and reknown surgeons use manual punch, right?
Like the Belgian surgeons, Dr Konior, Dr Nadimi. Please correct me if I am wrong.

If it all works out, it will suit you well.

So it looks like, more of you guys prefer Pinto.
I think its hard to decide, because you really do not see so many results of Pinto on this forum and this sometimes makes me unsure.
So, if Budget is not a topic, do most of you still consider Pinto is on the same level with Bisanga.
I really like his involvement in the process, but in the end, its the result that counts. So, I am still open for your opinions.
Thanks

Dear Folks,
I have a question. If you would have the choice, would you go with Bisanga or Pinto?
I know, Bisanga is highly recommend here. And I saw some great results. Pinto is not so popular on this forum. But I really like his involvement in the procedure.
I would consider myself a NW3. It's about hairline and frontal third (up to 2500 Grafts) . I know, some pictures would help. But I would like to hear your opinions anyway. Would love to hear from you guys.

Dear folks,
is anyone experiencing a pain in the legs since using oral minoxidil? My one leg hurts a little and it started some way around when I started taking 2.5mg oral minoxidil. May this be linked to edema or something?
Just asking if someone has the same.
Happy for answers.

Thats a question I myself was trying to solve. Basically, the answer I got from forum members was, thats it worth to start before. (I guess you are talking about oral minox?)
The thing is: Oral Minox works for all your hair. Strengthen it. And the surgeons can seperate the solid ones from the ones already miniaturizing (even with oral minox). Thats what I understood. And even if some "minox" hair is transplanted. Its less than 5 %.
