The problem is not even fin is enough for some individuals. So while you're sitting on this dilemma, time is working against you and you will progress and eventually you'll get desperate like most people and get on it anyways. Most guys will realize its not as scary as they built it up in their head, and if you do get some side effects you titrate down or look for alternatives. I was in a similar position, but two years later I've understood the trade-offs for myself and hardly think about it anymore.

Thing is, I tried finasteride about two years ago. After two months I got watery semen and trouble getting erection. Convinced myself that I was imagening the low libido effect and continued use but after a year I had to quit since the side effects got worse.

After I quit the side effects of ED and watery semen stayed for around 3 weeks which was a very scary period. I know these effects are rare but once you experience them its horrifying.

I had the same problem (the Netherlands), eventually I found a pharmacy in France. Within a week I got my order and not too expensive. I checked it;, they send to Sweden!

It's called: Mon Pharmacien Conseil (I am not allowed to place any links here). Good luck!

Thanks! Do you use Alostil? Guessing thats the french Rogaine.

I think Bisanga has suggested it may be possible with jst Oral Minoxidil.

Be carefull with Oral Minox though if Propecia gave yiu sexual sides.

Oral Minoxidil can cause elevated Heart issues. Some heart issues can case sexual issues.

Its why rarely some people can het sexual sides on Minox. Very rare though.

Really? Never heard of sexual sides with OM. But I suppose they would not be permanent since it does not mess with your hormones.

Is it possible? Perhaps but not suggested. Oral minox and an anti-androgen are approaching the situation differently. More and more the consensus is that stacking treatments has a better chance of success (stopping further progression) rather than relying on one treatment alone. Also, oral minox is not sides-free for some, just like fin.

Yes! I can imagine stacking medications is optimal but I’m thinking about options for people who are afraid of sexual side effects. Is it worth it to use OM or is it just a waste of time if you dont combine it with  fin?

  5. Some hairtransplant clinics here in EU has offered me an online prescription for oral minixodil and the doctors have claimed that the side effects are exactly the same as in the topical version.

When I research this online it seems hard to find any direct answer to potential side effects from the oral version. Some say that there are more serious side effects.

Any of you members here who have tried or are currently using oral minixodil care to share your experiece with side effects? Do you think its worth it?

    thanks!
