Do you have any pics before your surgery with hair grown out, and a breakdown of the grafts used?
-

I love the hairline design, is both conservative and youthful looking at the same time which is rare.
All the best mate

Thanks for the update mate. As others have said and will no doubt say to you, this should be the very start of your growth progress.
I will say that the hairline looks a lot less pluggy already than it did pre Bisanga surgery, although the lighting isn't the same as your first pic

I can see a disconnect. My native hair are just so much thicker and denser.
I feel like the transplanted hair are starting to blend in slowly tho.
will keep waiting and see..i will be uploading pictures tomorrow
Ok buddy, guess it looks different to the pics then because you have that 'wall of hair' look in the ones you posted.
-
I don't know if it's just the lighting, but the density in the 5 month pics already looks incredibly strong, and growth is definitely still on its way. Can you see the disconnect between transplanted and native hairs yourself?

Yes, i agree. Lights between 1000-2000 Kelvins are brutal and should be banned by law 😂

I have literally swapped tables on dates to get away from the insane lighting😅

Your donor still looks incredible as well, I bet he'll use your case in a future conference your hair looks that good!

Thanks for posting. Any pictures of your pre op hair? Works looks neat but I wonder was it necessary to dense pack over 3000 grafts into that area? What density per sq m is that?
Area looks to me about 60cm2 ish, so looks like they've gone for 50grafts per cm2, which should grow in nicely.

Thankyou all for the replies. It sure is a minefield out here...
Yes, it seems that the list of Türkiye surgeons i have chosen must have the best marketing, because they're everywhere
I did email Farjo clinic around a week ago and still had NO reply. On the other had KSL will not stop calling or emailing me.
I did look into Bisanga in Belgium, who has amazing reviews but thats like paying the UK and still having to travel overseas
I will now look into Inekio, Ball, Dr Mani Mittal, Dr Ted Miln - Cheers
Honestly I got the eurostar to belgium and it was really easy, as Berba said above travelling around the UK can be more of a hassle. This is a one off surgery (hopefully) so you could even fly to Brussels, get surgery done with Dr Bisanga and then relax in a hotel for a week or 2 before you look normal again if you're self conscious about travelling.
He's in another league to the ones you're looking at in the UK, definitely would at least consult with him pal.

If we had pics we could better direct you as different surgeons are better at different stages of hairloss.
But if I were you I'd widen your search from the UK, it's very hit and miss here.

looks amazing. what was the density in the recipient and the patients age? seems like a lot of grafts for that small area
He's had the crown done at the same time

What made you increase the dose Gatsby?

Ok fair enough, I don't know where the literature falls on that, I know people who have had kids on fin with no issues, but would'nt want to recommend it just in case something happened, and you'd probably kick yourself for the rest of your life if that's the case.
I agree wait until Jan, it's not that long anyway and won't make a difference to you.
Congrats on becoming a father !

One of the best I've seen rocking a buzz cut tbh

Both great docs, I think based on hair and loss that Dr Bisanga would knock this out of the park with 2400 grafts. If I were you that's where i'd go.
Wouldnt bother with the crown for now personally, let meds do their thing for a year and see how if it thickens things up- doesn't look bad at all from the pics you've uploadedl. Just out of interest, why not start fin now?
BTW I get what you mean about it being a minefield but from following results for about 4 years now, Bisanga has been incredibly consistent in achieving terrific results.

Can you show us a full pic of the donor? Looks strong from what we can see.

Another day another fantastic result, if BHR was the standard the hair loss community would be a much better place!

As I'm sure you're aware mate this isn't a good result, and despite possible improvements over the next 6, I can't see you being where you want to be.
Good new is your hair looks thick, and it shouldn't take too many to fix and get you a great hairline.
Only go to one of the best this time around (Bisanga, Couto, Ahmad probably out of your price range, Pekiner) etc and you should be fine.
All the best

Looks great from what we can see, he really made 2200 grafts go a long way!
Can you upload any pics of the hairline with hair up, in brighter light?

Unfortunately, the main problem with minoxidil is a compounding mistake. I spoke to Dr. Vaño from Madrid, he said its almost always a compounding mistake.
Hi melvin, do you mean they put too much in the pills, or it has this effect over time as it builds up?
-
If it looks like good at month 5, your month 7/8 pics are going to be insane!

Where did you go the first time pal? 2400 grafts under Dr Bisanga should sort you out in any event👍
-
Looks fantastic, thanks for updating. The denisty Dr Freitas can achieve is phenomenal! Do you know the hair breakdown?

Short answer, yes!
Edit: Just seen Berba has already answered, but think how many people are influenced in general by trustpilot, google reviews etc when they are unverified and in some cases bought or faked.
