  1. You could extract more or less 1000 f.u. (It depends by genetics) from beard under face, and use it for a donor restocking

Some doctors do it, for example you could search donor repair on YouTube. Dr.Lorenzo did this kind of transplant.

also dr. Pekiner do this kind of transplant.

a guy on this forum repigmented a hypopigmented patch in his forehead from a chemical burn due to trichloroacetic acid. He used Melanocyl ointment, and then mca needling to complete the repigmentation. Has anyone ever heard of people trying to repigment their fue scars? thanks a lot.

In my opinion, the best solution for fue scars is smp. Donor restocking may have some benefits, but remember you’re exchanging scars for more scars. There may be an issue physiologically with you, meaning you scar worse than others. For that reason, smp would probably be the best solution.

Thanks a lot for the answer. I agree with you, but the smp was not recommended to me, because I suffer from seborrheic dermatitis with symptoms also common to psoriasis, of the scalp. Also, honestly said, I'd rather have some scars on my chest, or under my face, to try and make the donor more presentable. I also think it's due to the fact that, unfortunately, I made a mistake in choosing the surgeon, who is renowned for having caused disasters, as well as being unethical. I think that with a competent doctor I could have almost invisible scars, with the right precautions.

Very curious as to what kind of plan each doctor has given you? I am looking to do the same. I too have olive skin complexion.

also, have you been advised on how the scarring under the chin will be if grafts are removed from there? Especially given that you have hypopigmented scars in your donor?

Thanks a lot for the answer. I no longer turned to the doctor, after the ethical scarcity treatment and the results it got me. I just did a few laser hair removal sessions to temporarily remove bad facial hair. But it all grew back within 6 months, after doing 6 laser sessions. Now I have a visit to Dr. Feriduni in November 2021. Fingers crossed.

  4. good morning everyone,

4 years ago I had a beard transplant with indecent results. Double and triple hair, and donor with visible scars. 2500 follicular units. I think I will repair it at Feriduni, Bisanga, or Mwamba, with a donor restocking and extraction of the plugs. I have already booked a visit to Dr. Feriduni, in November 2021. I think I'm a good candidate, I have a lot of hair on my chest and beard under my face.

I have another question. my donor scars are whiter than the surrounding skin. I have a skin type 4.

I have read that there are treatments which could to naturally repigment a depigmented scar.

    For example:

    - laser fraxel restore, it seems that it can give good results;

    - microneedling with tyrosine solution (Dr. Novick)

    - UVB laser, excimer laser (in practice, the laser used for vitiligo)

    - Relume treatment

    - melanocyte transplant

does anyone have any info about it? are they viable solutions for those with fue scars?

    thank you.
