  1. I agree with sparky. I think whole problem of "wrong expectations" will be resolved if the hair clinics are honest in their consulktation with the patient and give him the true idea of what is he/she going to look like 6-12 months after the procedure.

The problem [i am talking to you scottg2010] is that most hair clinics [i know Nuhart too well, I was a patient there] make you believe that you will look great if not exactly like Elvis/Rod Blagojevich, and that is a false promise to get the patient to sit in the chair.

NuHart is not as great as suggested by you. I seriously believe that you work for them.

  2. I am totally dumbstruck to know that after spending more than $50000 you have this result. I don't know what to say!!!!

I don't even want to put my opinion about Dr. Bauman here because they are just way too indecent..

I am also surprised to see his comments-"Your hairstyle has always easily covered the scar tissue"....HAIRS ARE SUPPOSED TO COVER THE SCAR TISSUE!! DO YOU NEED A MEDICAL DEGREE TO SAY THAT?

If I was you my friend, I would drag Dr Bauman to the court and get my money back!

  3. Maxxy,

Pre-op photos probably give some pointer to the size of receiver area. He placed more grafts on the front and the number of grafts decreased as we go backwards, hardly anything on the crown. Yes, I will take some high quality photos and post them soon and that will give us some honest idea.

    Than,

this was Nuhart from Philadelphia/pittsburgh area, my surgery was done in Pittsburgh. I do want to correct it and go for a second surgery. I do feel that a better job could have been done. I will be careful this time. Thanks for all the suggestions.

  4. well, my doctor was Dr. Mark Boles of NuHart clinic. I am sorry i didn't take immediate post-op pics, I didn't realize these will become so important in future.

I was told by the consultant there that 3000 grafts were too less to cover considering the amount of baldness I had in my forehead.
