It depends on your age. If you are under 35 and are going towards NW5+ I would definitely wait for the effect. Depending on the effect the hair line can be reconstructed.

In my experience no normal person sees the scars of FUE (sometimes even if the donor is clearly botched). 99% of the population can not recognize the signs of a hair transplant. 

You can also try topical finasteride. I started with topical had no side effects, switched to oral after one year and switched now back because its working the same and I can combine it with my minox protocoll

Great result for such a fine hair! I would definitely say that Dr. Ayoub is one of the rising stars in the German speaking area.

Interestingly, Feriduni and Heitmann started there career at Villnow's clinic and I am not sure how much work is done by Villnow himself. I think surgeries are performed by another surgeon. Agree! The results are rather poor. He also treated Christian Lindner (famous German politician). His result is ok but he got a large FUT scar. 

I was also thinking about getting SMP for the crown. But I hesitate because I have seen some bad examples in the past months and I am afraid that I will not be happy and then I cant get rid of it.

Do you know if I can get a hair system after a hair transplant? Just for the shedding phase.

I have been using topical finasteride with minoxidil as vehicle for 1 year now and its definitely working for me. My hair feels much stronger and I was able to regaine some ground. I have no side effects.
