Well my first surgery was 1800 and the second one was around 2500 notgoing2gobald but all of the second one was double follicular units so it adds up more that is what Dr. Keene told me, im still in month 6 so im supposed to se some more growth she also told me that, oh i still have plenty of donor area thanatopsis_awry

well i just reached the 6 month mark and because of the holidays ive had many events were i cant wear a cap and for the first time in many years i can finally say i dont feel at all worried about how my baldness is gonna look i feel very comfortable and its so good to feel that way , very happy how its all going.

Hey everyone!! well ive seen lots of growth this month and that makes me very happy!!! even people that didnt know i had a surgery get surprised because my growth is noticeable, very very thankfull TO Dr. Keene and cant wait for the next months coming!

very true oh what you say month 2 does suck i remember it from my first transplant too, but on month 3 hopefuly everything starts going very good!!! thanx for the comments pal!

Hey everyone!!, well this is my second month from my second surgery not much happening i guess this is the most boring month because not mcuh difference but i have seen some growth on the sides from monmth one pics!! wich is very cool!

hey very nice pics man!!! yep i went into surgery right after you next day looking very nice, so do you still ahve scabs man? this time i had more scabs than last time for sure but they all fell down on week 3, well congrats and looking very good pal

mm no sorry never used none of that i only use propecia (proscar) and this surgery i have been washing my hair with nizoral, and after after 3 weeks i used and will use this time too rogaine for the first three months to accelereate the growth (as Dr. Keene reccomends it)

lol yeah my out on the town hairstyle is not so good, so not going out these days but its worth it even if i have to have my hair cut like this for a little while thanx for the comments everyone!

sorry i have not posted for a while ive been really busy with school finals and other stuff, well i got a second procedure but it was pure double follicular units to fill in everything it was about 2100 grafts wich gave the amount of mmm dont remember but tons of more hair than the last one, i really like how it look so far this is barely week one so im very excited about it, Dr. Keene was my doctor again of course and she was really great as awlays explained eveything and did all of the post op check ups herself very pleased.All of the small hairs are the new grafts.

i dont really comb my hair that way it usually is on the side or all over the place, yeah i do think lots of hair didnt grow, i dont know why, i did everything liike the doctor told me (sleep sitting for the first three weeks,not touching my grafts only for washing them with lather of soap,proscar everyday,the first three months rogaine, etc.....) but as you would be able to see in the pre-op pics i do have more hair but not as much as she placed in the post op pics i took right after surgery, whose fault is that? i got my appointment with Dr. Keen till june, since i dont live in the states i just send her updates by photo and she told me to just go for the year evaluation to see how everything went, will it still grow or whats up?, i still have hair falling off when i take a shower but i dont know where its from, antoher thing can i use like hair products? i dont but would like to, thanx for all the replies i really appreciate it.

well this is month 9, i wasnt able to continue my journal as i had every month since i lost my cables to transfer the pics from my digital camera, but a friend let me use his, so this is how it looks at month 9 , lots of difference from my post op pics, i knew it wouldnt cover all of it as the rest of my head but its pretty good i guess, still thinking if i should get another transplant, depends on how much i need, got to go with Dr. Keene in June and wether she says the same amount or less i guess i will save up again for it, but im glad with the result, still you can see its not the same amount on each side, now that i dont like that much (have more on the right side than on the left). thanx for all your replies , very much appreciate it and i will try to keep it updated more often.

wow your hair transplant is great!! i was reading your pics comments and says no bumps, mina has bumps, is that bad? im 6 month right now and wish mine would look as nice as yours i knwo the density is different but still does look different, very nice man it looks great!

hey everyone thanx for all your comments!, i know that 1800 would not cover as dense as the rest of my head, and i knew that , but, im certain not all of my grafts are out yet because one side is just as it was before surgery and still it doesnt look as much hair as it looked right after surgery, so that why im a bit desperate, ive been taking proscar as the doctor told me and rogaine.

ok well heres my month 6 mark and some pics, i think im really slow on growing my hair, but i have always been like that,i just hope its me that grows slow and not my graft that didnt work, so it is very frustrating to see how slow its going, gimme your thoughts on it. thanx!

Hey everyone , well its month 5 finally, my hair hasnt grown like a lot as i wanted to but i gotta be patient i guess, as you can see one side is growing much more than the other side, but i was told it is normal so not worried about that anymore, i was thinking about getting a hair cut cuz it looks kinda bad as it is right now lol

hey thanx for your reply Mrjb, yeah i was getting kinda nervous but you must know about this since youre on your second HT, cant wait to get to the 6 month mark ,i really want to see how its gonna look, all of this is very exciting hehehe.

hey everyone well this is my month 4 mark, i can see some signficant growth now, but what i think is kinda weird is that one side is growing much more than the other is that normal , will that even out? what do you guys think?
