Yeh 4k grafts would be fine...with that budget i would suggest you to look at dr turan,dr yaman..they are from turkey and dr kongkiat laorwong who is from thailand (i am going with him) ,dr nader from Mexico and Dr Camacho from bogota
From your pics it seems you have good donor and good hair caliber so you are a good candidate for ht ..Dont quit your medication ..this will make your hairloss progress which is not good for you...take 1mg oral finasteride and 2.5 mg oral minoxidil ..that will really help you..

Am good and hope you are doing good as well...in turkey there are few good doctors ...dr yaman,dr turan,dr pekiner ,dr bicer this are the good ones...and why are you just being specific to turkey? You can explore other options as well..are you budget constraint ? Whats ur budget? And whats your norwood grade?
