Thats what I thought to pull off a middle part you have to have true density. The patients I’ve seen pull off true density have been Hasson patient’s interestingly enough.
Yeah I’m super happy I went to Dr Hasson I could of gotten a good result somewhere else with less grafts but it wouldn’t of been as dense, the extra money is well worth it I look 10 years younger than before I got the transplant. Before my recent haircut I rocked the longest hair I’ve ever had lol even pulled off a man bun

It looks good, especially when long.
Im left wondering how the FUE scars look though. Would you consider shaving it down?
Thanks and I probably won’t since I’m growing my hair and I like it long, if I ever do I’ll post a picture but you can see on the first page of my thread a clear picture of my fue scars after the first transplant and then a clear picture after the 2nd transplant with 11 days healing and hair growth from buzzed length. Even at just 11 days it looked really good so I assume it’s even better now

Question for you what size punched does wong do , do you know?
Sorry I don’t, I think it depends on each individual case on how thick the hair is and I did my surgery with Hasson

2500 seems like a lot of grafts for this area? But it looks like he went a good bit further out that the area that appeared bald to account for what was already in the process of going out the door?
\Looks great btw
Yeah it does seem like a lot but U think he did go out the area the strengthen the hairs that will go out eventually like you said and so far happy for the results especially when always hearing on how the crown takes 18 months for full results so hopefully the crown will keep getting better and better

Yeah I did Dr. hasson said for some reason on the right side the hair responded well but on the left side it looks like it became slightly worse which was weird lol. No I’m on oral since it’s cheaper and a lot more convenient in my opinion to take rather than apply topically

Unreal! You look like you have a boatload of donor in reserve if you ever need it. Are you on topical fin now?
Yeah I’m super happy with how well the donor looks considering 5600 grafts were used in two transplants. No I’m on oral fin for about two years now roughly so hopefully no more transplants will be needed

8 months and few days, this will be my last update probably might do a 12 months also. Finally went to a professional hair stylist today and they had no idea I had an hair transplant and also said my hair looks strong and healthy which is so strange to hear after dealing with hair loss for so long. Planning to try and grow till I can do a full slick back hair style. Thanks to everyone who followed up on my post and to the forum which helped me decide on getting the hair transplant with Dr. Hasson the most expensive but worth while decision lol

7 months and 3 weeks decided to update early since noticed a strong improvement in the small weak area and by this point I’m super glad I invested all this time and money and decided to get the 2 hair transplants, such a huge difference and crazy feeling to have a full head of hair again. Hopefully finasteride will maintain my hair for a few more decades.

You definitely still have room for maturation. Honestly I had my crown done by Dr. Wong and the result at 12 months wasn't nearly as good as 16 months. I also still felt hairs poking through at 9 months which blew my mind lol.
Awesome that’s reassuring to hear, Thanks! do you have a thread on your results with Dr. Wong?

New sprouting after 6 months is highly unlikely due to the natural follicular cycle.
It's all about maturation and refinement now.
Your result is excellent. I don't think it could possibly be better.
Don't worry about the remaining weak spot on the crown. A touch-up of 500 grafts will do the trick.
I hope there will be some new hair sprouting and enough maturation that a touch up won’t be necessary, already had a total of 5500 grafts used. 3000 for front and 2500 for crown.

yeah I agree hard not to be picky and wanting it perfect after spending so much money and time lol, planning on growing it out for a slick back so hopefully by then everything will be fully covered.

Bro you basically have full coverage this is amazing!
Thanks, regarding the weak spot do you think there’s more time for new hair to sprout after 7 months? or at this point it’s just hair maturation?

Dr.Hasson did the first 1 too This is the link

Great result on the hairline. Almost perfect.
The crown has improved a lot compared to baseline but like you said it still has a weak spot. But as we all know the crown is the black hole so be prepared for a touch-up or a 3rd round.
Overall great result. Very solid work.
Did Dr. Hasson perform the incisions ?
I guess the techs did the extractions and implantation ?
I'm hoping I won't need a 3rd pass on the crown, considering the fact the crown is normally slower to fully grow 18 months compared to the front and my crown is already this good at just 6 months I'm positive that by the end of 18 months it'll be fully covered or worst case I'll need a small touch up.
Yes Hasson did the incisions and the techs did extractions and implantation.

6 months update, new haircut last week. Things are progressing really well, still a weak spot in the crown that hasn't fully filled in but pretty sure it will by end of year hopefully. If it does it will likely be my last transplant assuming my haireloss stays stable. Unless I get a bad case of hair greed and go for minor improvements on my left temple and strengthening of middle scalp 😅

Here's some other pictures of the donor site. You guys don't think it went a little high? I'd hate for them to have got into the hairs that would be DHT sensitive. Not sure of the pattern of extraction, if there is one. Also, it is somewhat painful still and seems pretty noticeable at 6 days compared to some other poster's results. But if you guys think it's fine I'll wait it out lol
Its the exact same as my extractions looked like at similar timeline, you can go through my post I had two transplants with Dr.Hasson and my donor looks great even after a total of 5600 grafts taken out of it.

Thanks! Hoping that by month 7 it'll be fully covered!

Looking good. You could easily rock your hair the way it is now in public, maybe even add some topik in the crown and you’re good to go. At this point your operation seems like a huge success.
Thanks! Staying away from topik going to let my crown breath and grow, going to try growing it long enough for a slickback hairstyle. Hopefully in the next two months the crown will improve enough to cover most of it

After years of not using any products in my hair tried to play a bit with some old product to see how it'll look and pretty happy with it! Also adding another crown update which seems to me that in mere 4 days the crown improved a little bit from my last crown update
these from the better camera which looks more natural will start updating with it from now on (everything will be reverse side)

Dr.Hasson 2nd transplant crown 2517 grafts
in Hair Transplant Reviews

Haha I actually just got a similar haircut to his short haircut with a lot of texture.
I’ll add a picture of before the first transplant and of the new haircut I just got, which exposed the small weak spot in the crown that sadly didn’t fill in completely yet so might consider a small touch up but if I put a bit of effort to strategically arrange the crown area it’s not noticeable will add two pictures which show the weak spot as worst as I can make it in camera and rest with as best I can make it. If I do get a touch up how many grafts do you guys think will be needed?
