Just tried the stuff. Yes, it covers. But it also is nasssssty.
1. By the end of the day my fingernails are near black from just regular hair touching.
2. I have to use a bunch of the stuff to get any results (I'm only a Norwood 1.5 in the temples and 3 in the vertex.) At $38 a bottle, not ideal.
3. Clean up. Oh my God. My sink area looks like an oil spill area when I run water around it to clean up.
Are there any products people recommend as an alternative? I don't mean another keratin powder that'll basically do the same thing, I mean some entirely different style of product that perhaps works differently to thicken.
Thanks all!
ive been hearing a lot about a product on tintbrand.com. might have to try it. it says waterproof as well.

I started using this and it's great for targeting smaller areas (like portions of my side part) or some small patches in my beard. Highly recommend.
Its come in a mini bottle with a built in mirror. Pretty neat design.

Apparently, they have a fiber that is waterproof, they're saying it is resin technology. They're gonna be sending me a bottle to test it out, I'll be sure to report here when I do.
yes tint brand is waterproof i saw a few of their videos and one of the guys gets pushed in a pool and comes out and touches it with his hand and its smudge-proof. might have to try it. they actually have discounts on their site. i got one in my email but haven't used it yet 🤦♂️

i actually heard tint brand is a good solution and does better with not mixing with the minoxidil. but yes i agree waiting for it to dry is probably the right way. anyone else experience itching?

i found a brand online called Tint Brand i was wondering if anyone's tried them before. they're getting great reviews and im curious to know if they're actually better than the fibers or if the reviews are fake. they're all verified but who knows.
tintbrand.com someone tell me if theyve tried. thanks.

I've really tried them all. Started with Toppik, but found it to be too clumpy at times. And then it's also pretty expensive.
After two years on Toppik, I moved to Caboki, but it felt like the fiber was actually much finer and it seemed more noticeable to me.
Recently I saw a IG ad for Triumph - a new hair fiber company. So far, I'm loving it. Good for crown and hair line.
i found a brand on instagram as well called Tint Brand that i liked a lot. much cleaner than the fibers and easier to apply too.
has anyone tried Tint Brand
in Shampoos, sprays, and concealers
