In Turkey I'd recommend Demirsoy (1.25 euro per graft?), Pekiner (2.25 euro per graft?), or HLC (2.7 euro per graft?). If you can only afford Demirsoy, he can't really be beat anywhere in the world for the price IMO.

Hi, kindly drop his ( dr demirsoy) website/contacts so i culd get in touch, would really appreciate

  2. Hey guys, thanks a lot for feedback, however i would want to do the surgery in turkey but with a good doctor, although i am now skeptical but not decided.

I have seen cuotos work and i loved it, but man! getting an appointment is so tricky or maybe i just communicated to the wrong contact. In any case lets talk about whether or not there is a fairly prices clinic in turkey which actually does a good job? (apart from HLC)

    Hey man!

Very excited for you in your journey to decide if a hair transplant is right for you!

This is a great question and I can only answer it based on my experience. I only took 1mg Fin for a few months before my procedure and then a few months after. During this time, I did not experience any side effects. I have since been using Saw palmetto, biotin, and a biotin shampoo everyday and still experience continual growth and thickness.

With that being said, is there a possibility that it won’t be enough and I could lose more hair further down the road? Definitely, but that’s a risk I’m willing to take to avoid putting too many things in my body. Plus, my donor site is really good and I have a plethora of chest/beard hair if I need to get another one in the future :)

Hey mate thanks, does that mean the propecia intake is optional, the doc did not stress on it or was it the other way round?

In any case many thanks for your prompt reply

  6. Hi mate,

Glad and very happy to see your positive and good results, I am too planning to visit the same doctor and have a HT, however, I am just 25 and i feel super skeptical about using finastride or propecia beacuse of the effects it has. Do you reckon it is a must to have a stable steady growth or it is not needed as long as you can take biotin. My basic question is that will the HT stand strong and can i hope to get thick hair without the propecia element. Will hope to hear from you soon! ,cheers

Yes, you are a bit young for a procedure while your hair seems to be thinning rapidly, in my opinion from looking at your photos.

My recommendation, get a good derma roller/ or derma stamp/ or derma pen and start a microneedling routine that could help you get some results from the medication you are already taking, and be consistent with it and give the routine at least 6months and leave a HT procedure for the future if needed.

Go check out my microneedling progress thread for more information. Good luck.

Okay. Kindly what size of dermaroller can i use

  8. Hello everyone. I am new here but i would love to get a feedback from you kindly.

I have had thinning hair (many docs said its diffuse thinning) on my crown and right side of my head to be precise since 2017, but over the years the thinning has increased and seems like a balding patch. Although i can mask the bald patches but my guess is not for long.

My concern is i don't want to wait to bald completely and then go for an ht, i want to retain my look. The problem is, half of the doctors from turkey and india advised to go on with a ht while others suggest its too early since I am 24 years old and to be honest i am not willing to do 2 or 3 surgeries. I want to have a thicker density but i am little confused. Kindly advise.

ps i have been using minoxidil and finastride topical solution for almost a year but doesnt seem to help. and my donor area is very healthy
