Thanks for your input everybody! There are actually several very active clinics here in Tokyo. They want you to come in with a Japanese interpreter (if you cannot speak Japanese). And I feel like they have a different strategy and procedures when compared to other countries (USA, Turkey, etc). I am just not comfortable with the language barrier, although I think their technology is likely excellent. SO I am off to Thailand ...

Are there any updates on surgeons or clinics in Tokyo or nearby (Yokohama is fine)? 
I live in Tokyo and would like to have at least a consult with a Japanese clinic.
