Is this androgenetic alopecia or is this diffused thinning. What are the steps to recover hair loss at this stage

If you were trying to get more hair by shaving it then you must have felt that you didn't have enough and that it was thinning. Shaving it did not create the problem. It confirmed what you thought before shaving it.... that you didn't have enough hair for your liking. If you let it grow long again it should look like it did before unless you have very aggressive hair loss. Then it may not get back to where it was because it's getting worse as time goes by (again this has nothing to do with shaving it). It's not really bad right now, so what you need to do is look into minoxidil and propecia (finisteride). Those will help you keep the hair you have and possibly grow some back. You may also want to look into a dermapen (or dermaroller, dermastamp) as it looks like those may work according to some recent members here who have been trying it.

 

 

Thanks for helping, but i am sceptical about using finestride. Also some say after stopping mynoxidil treatment my hair will start falling again, so that concerns me. I wud like to have prp session though. Wat u suggest

when I looked at ur pic with the two of u .. I thought u was the bald one .. n that dude definitely looked like he was thinning .. I think most of ur hairs will grow back however  .. U have a full head of hair .. don’t worry about it too much .. n why would U shave ur head when u had such nice hair .. 

This is how my head looks currently. I feel i wont be getting my hair back

For some fucking reason i thought by shaving my head, i will get more hair, little did i knew that i murdered my hair by shaving them😭

Sir thanks for helping. Will my hair grow back to where i left just as in picture. (looking at current condition of my scalp, i see this highly unlikly to happen 😭)

Can i recover from diffusrd hair loss. 

Sir the problem really is that i had some good quality hair just 1 day before i shaved my hair. (image attached) how can my scalp become this just in few weeks. Also i had seborrheic dermatitis as diagnosed by a doctor

So i shaved my head against the grain by shaving in direction opposite to the direction of growth of hair. and now they look like this. My hair now has more spacing between them.i m concerned whether this is alopecia? my full hair pic just 1 day bfor shav
