hi i need to share with you my hair transplant experience after 6 moths cause i;m very concerned about my results, i did it 6 months ago with 4200 graft in Egypt, sadly my doctor is outside the country and i cant reach him, please i'm seeking professional help i need your opinion about my results and should i expect good density to be covered in following months or just slight different ?

i did hair transplant 18 days ago, transplanted  areound 4200 grafts, looking to my donor area i found it too bald, i dont know whether the doctor extracted alot from it or this is normal please tell me what is your opinion because i'm very stressed about it thanks, photos are attached to donor area before and after transplant
