Will Minoxidle be a good treatment for me or PRP?

Hi, I'm Ali and I'm 19 years old. 

So my hairline receeding started when I was about 14 but I had pretty good hair that time. I was okay with my hair until I turned 18, I developed chronic stress and anxiety about my health. I became hypochondriac for like 8 month I had stress and anxiety attacks and my body was always in fight or flight mode. However during this hypochondria I noticed rapid hairfall on my hands, books, shower and pillow and when I use comb or use my hand I had hair like alot of hair coming out I try to look at them deeply and found out I had hair bulb at the end of the hair. I went to derm and got diagnosed with diffuse alopecia IDK what exactly it is. I jus hope it's not Diffuse Unpatterned Alopecia. But time to time my shedding slowed down and my hair got better a bit but still I was worried if I get transplant in future will I be a good donor? And what do you think my hairloss is? Family history of hairloss: my father is bald around 7 Norwood

Hi I'm Ali my age is 19 years old I've been suffering from Telogen effluvium since 2018 June and condition is improving but not as expected. I just want to know that what treatment is best for me right now according to my age and will I be a good HT candidate after few years? 

Family history for baldness is in my father's side. 

Mother side has full hair history 

Also lack of excercise and weight 60KG
