Hi , 

Would welcome opinions on what type of hairloss do I have? 

My temples slightly matured however my front area where my fringe used to be has gone bald with the islands or devils horns now there. The bald areas actually have thousands of blond hairs the camera can't pick while my crown and back of my head is full.

While my sides have went thin and sparse looking.

Between work and family going abroad looks out of site , just seen very good reviews with photos about this tansplant surgeon but also horrible reviews but no pictures , anyone in the uk with good reputation and fair price ?
