please consider medications. I made a mistake 5 years ago and regret it.

I live in Philly and scheduled my procedure with Dr Jerry Cooley (NC) for March. I could not find anyone closer to Philly.

Hey Luke,
Hope all is well with you. Curious about your results. Please upload some photos when you have time. Thanks and Happy Easter!

Happy New Year!
Luke has inspired us with his journey and transformation, and I am very grateful to him for sharing his experience and providing good advices on the forum.
My experience with Dr Cinik is very similar to his, and I don't want to start a new story. So let me upload here my summary after a year (the quality of my pics is not great - I took them using iPhone).
Luke - thanks for your time to share your experience and keep us all updated!

Thanks, Luke! I like your results more. Let us wait six more months to judge our final outcomes.

Hi Luke,
Your results look fantastic! I remember the beginning of our journey back in December 2017 .
Did you barber apply any products on your hair?

Great progress! Now grow your hair for me please!

Hi Payam,
My recipient area was very read for approximately 4 months, so be patient. I used natural vitamin A + E oil and coconut oil.
-
Thanks for sharing your journey. Do you have any pre-HT pics with comparable length of our hair?
Thanks.
John

Day 114 (took photos yesterday)
I trimmed my head down again to a 2 as everything is growing at all different kinds of rates
Getting thicker and thicker
WOW WOW WOW!!! so happy for you
-
nicely progressing!

Hey John,
Thanks! I plan on growing it out as the density fills in but for the time being will probably keep it trimmed to it's current length so I can watch the progress also helps with showing results. How's yours coming along?
Hi Luke,
It's been 3 months and 2 days for me, and I hope for some significant improvement within next 3 months.
and YES, I desperately need a haircut!
Best,
J

Hi Luke,
Nice progress.
Are you planning to grow your hair longer now or keep it trimmed?
-
I think there are bigger issues than you're imagining. When you start thinning out on top and in the crown when you're older, it will look really unnatural to still have hair at the front like that.
I do agree that this hairline is too aggressive, not a lot of thought has gone into the long term which the surgeon should be guiding you on.
This is what surprises me: someone who don't know the story, the details on his family history etc, tries to be a prophet and writes nonsenses as "unnatural" "too aggressive", "bigger issues".
His pics looks really cool. Congrats!
So Superdudeo say something nice, or just be quiet.

Thanks Luke. As always, you are very kind. The donor area looks fine so far (with longer hair). I'm planing to get my first haircut done in a month.
Thanks again for your update and hopefully there will be more to show in a month for both of us.
Minoxidil plus Tretinoin - notice the difference??

Did your hair get darker? I would suggest to continue using the combo for 3 more months.
