  1. Yes only did incisions and anaesthesia injections .. then u can get different team one for extractions and one for plantation , no one speaks English so u have to rely on ur translator .. to me I prefer that , it means u don't talk to them and they concentrate on their job ..

There were 2 other operations on my day . Next day for wash I met them .. all of them were equally happy with their experience .

How long did your surgery take.

  2. Look at my post I had my surgery with them on 12th April

Can't fault the service . For results obviously I will have to wait .

Good to know people on here have such positive experiences with Dr Yaman. I read in your thread that Yaman only did incisions is this correct? Also how many other people were having the procedure the day you had yours done was it just you or more?

  3. Hi Marky, firstly I wish you all the very best with your upcoming surgery. I definitely had a different experience to you regarding communication which means they've improved, so that's a positive thing. I am a fan of Dr yaman and especially his hairline construction. The one area I've read negative reports about is the density of the transplant by two members on here and another on an Italian hairloss forum. I'll definitely be looking out for your thread, best of luck again!!!

*Edit* apologies, I meant to ask how many grafts you've been quoted.

That may well be the case, obviously I can only comment on my experiences regarding communications with Dr Yaman's clinic.

I was quoted for 6500 grafts over 2 sessions at least 8 months apart. First session 4500 front and mid scalp and the next session 2000 in the crown area.

However they wanted to bring my hairline down or that's what they suggested during the communications, but to be honest my hairline is not really a concern I actually think the hairline itself is not bad. I have to discuss this withDr Yaman when I get to his clinic but I was hoping to just stick with the original hairline and implant the 4500 grafts to increase density and thicken existing hairline rather than bringing it down/forward.

I would value the opinion of anyone on what they think 4500 grafts would do without bringing hairline down/forward.

  4. Hi everyone,

This is my first post on your forum, I have a hair transplant scheduled with Dr Yaman in a little over a weeks time, I am both nervous and excited about the procedure. I will be documenting my experiences on this forum throughout the coming year. So far upon booking the procedure with Dr Yaman I have spoken to one of his representatives who has been very helpful indeed and answered all of my questions and concerns swiftly and in a very professional manor. I did notice on this forum a few other members said they had trouble getting in contact with the clinic and they were slow to respond thus far I have not encountered this and my point of contact has been extremely helpful. Surgery is only 9 days away.

    More updates coming soon
