  1. 7 Month update guys

It's a waiting game now, pretty much just need it to fill in.

Stopped using finasteride after 5 months due to the side effects

-Irregular sex drive (disinterest in sex)

    -Erections werent as hard

    -Development of gynocemastia behind nipple

-Anxiety (difficulty breathing) (never had this before in my entire life)

    -Facial bloat

Things are 90% back to normal now, finasteride is poison to your body if your prone to side effects.

Other then that all is sweet.

  2. 4 Months Update!!!

Thanks for the responses lads. I feel like I'm really on track at the moment. Actually pretty stoked with the results so far.

    Pros:

    - Lowered fin dosage to 0.625 (8 halfs) and the pain behind breast has gone away

    - Already getting mad compliments from people

    - Hair growth seems to be coming back to normal

    Cons:

    - Still have induced gyno on my left side from the high dosage 1.25mg fin

    - I have 1-2 micro mm bald spots at the back of my donor which is only foreseeable when examined extremely closely. And it can only really be seen when I do a 0-0.5mm fade shave at the back of my head.

I guess this is expected from strain of the extraction process which may cause groups of follicles to die (1-4 hairs etc). But its like viewing a needle in a haystack anyways :)

  3. One of the potential symptoms/side effects is gynocmestia...fat deposits are distributed through the gland behind ur nipple. but this only happens if you're prone.

Lipsosuction is required to remove them, Test production stops being produced which causes you're estrogen to rise (Bit*h tits)

If you didn't get gyno when you used the product for 10 years then you have nothing to worry about!

On the other hand i've been on propecia for 4 months and my nipples are tender, and the gland is growing again, i have a big lump behind my left nipple....just means I had to reduce my dosage to 0.625 to reduce the side effect.

    It's not breast cancer.

  4. Looks like things are coming along nicely! Congrats. Do you think the slight gynocemastia is from the fin? What brand and dosage are you taking? Do you think you will continue taking it?

Yeah i previously already had gynocemastia, had lipo done 2 years ago, but the gland has always been behind the nipple, the size of it has gotten a little bit bigger and it's quite tender, definitely brought on by the fin! My sex drive is up and down which is a bit annoying.

I'm going to continue taking it just lower my dosage

  5. I lost all my hairline from a bad breakup too man, stress is the biggest body killer!

As soon as i got off my plane and landed home... I had a feeling of relief.... "finally i can move forward with my life, and move onto the next chapter"

I reckon you should go for it man! pm me if you got any q's

  6. I think the crux of why your post is terrible is this "Be warned if your only slight reeceding Norwood 2/3 and your not happy your greed for hair could backfire and cause the rest of the surrounding hair to permently fall out behind." Just pure pseudo-science. If you have a legitimate argument against transplants, you wouldn't have to resort to falsehoods. Your comment about migranes is another outright lie and makes no scientific sense.

If you're fine with lowering the standard of the physical attractiveness and careers of the women you date, looking 10 years older and being less attractive to potential employers due to image issues, then go ahead, but don't kid yourself into thinking that the vast majority who go to great surgeons don't lead much better lives. Transplants are all about stealing a few extra years back for your youth; 2-3 procedures over a few decades is an easy choice for drastically improving your quality of life.

^ what he said and what the others are saying

i dunno...if it takes u 3 years to research a HT, being a low NW3, and you come to the conclusion after all that time that your not a candidate. I think you have some more deep issues in life than a HT. Sometimes you just gotta man up and take a chance

Wouldn't you rather a live a life of oh wells then what ifs?

  7. 1) travelling to Turkey alone with a large sum of cash and being on my own abroad for 2 weeks

I travelled to turkey with 8k euro, i bought a bumbag and kept it inside my pants. Only time it came off of me was when i made payment after the consultation.

    2) Whether I have enough donor hair of sufficient quality/density to achieve the result I want.

Send one of the co-ordinators your donor region and they will give you a rough estimation

    3) I went to work 7 days post op, no one could tell that i had a hair transplant. 2nd month post op now 80 percent of the hair has fallen.

    4) You are under anesthetic it's not that painful, but, you need to be mentally and physically prepared for 2 exhausting days 2x7 hours. The most pain i experienced was post op in my donor region from days 2-8 and needed heavy medication for painkillers to be able to sleep.

    5) Embrace the ugly duckling stage, because it will be the last time you experience it.

    6) You need to do your research, to evaluate whether or not it will be a success or failure. I can confirm that ASMED do not have 1 negative or unsuccessful review on the internet if that eases your mind.

    Good luck.
