  1. Lol.

Hi guys sorry for not updating

I honestly don't go on here anymore but decide to check on it. For some reason I didn't get an email alert when people post in this thread

Anyways. Super super happy with results thus far

Not gonna lie. I feel like the hairs recently starting popping out more and more these past couple weeks. Maybe they just came out slowly in diff places I'm not sure. But for the first 2 months it was like oh crap. When will I get out of this ugly duckling phase yuck lol. But shoot. Atm I can still feel little hairs poking out. It's crazy. Still can't believe I went to Mexico to get the procedure done. People thought I was crazy. But reviews and youtube videos made me feel comfortable about moving forward. I already have a few friends that booked Nader later this year. Awesome results so Far and it's just gonna get better I hear lol

First couple weeks I was like man I shoulda brought my hairline a tad lower. Now as the hairs start to sprout and fill in. I'm happy with how Nader drew my hairline.

So may 5 it'll be 4 months since my procedure with Dr Nader

    1st pic is 2 month

    2nd is 3 month

And the last 3 are from couple days ago b4 and after my haircut

Agree with you Operator, once you find what you're looking for as in "getting happy results from the Nader procedure" not really coming by the forums anymore. I'm doing the same although I do look every once in a while. I'm on my 8th month and loving the results. Best compliment is when my barber says, "you're hair is thick and I can't see your old (FUT) scar anymore!"

  2. Hello guys

So I am currently 8 days post op

I received a FUE from Dr Luis nader on Jan 4 2017

I was debating on posting or not but decided to post since I'm loving my transplant thus far

    So a little about me

I'm 29. I think i started losing my hair in 2013. I tried using biotin and Propecia. But Propecia made me break out.

A couple of months ago my barber told me about 1 of his clients going to Turkey to get a hair transplant. And he felt I was a good candidate since I still had very strong hair. So I decide to Google hair transplant and was so surprised that this existed. Didn't know any1 that's ever done this type of surgery at all.

After watching tons of youtube videos and was freaked out at the same time at the process.

I knew I wanted to get this done from seeing the before and after results

So some weeks fly by and I discover this forum.

Reading people's results page by page. Got a quote from a doctor in my city for 2000 grafts for 12k. Ummmm no thank u

So I stumbled upon several Dr Nader threads. And was very impressed at the results and "affordable price" every1 kept mentioning. Since McAllen tx/ reynosa MX was only a 1 hr flight from me. I decide to shoot Dr Nader an email. Lol this is the funny part

So I sent about 10 of the same emails everyday for a week straight. About 6 days later the famous Dr responded. Lol. I sent tones of pics and all the info he needed about me.

He replied with tons of info regarding what's going to happen, prices, and thought I needed between 1500-2500 grafts based on pics. Next he asked for me what dates I had available. I replied. Next day I replied again. This went on for a week. No response from him.

I said screw it! After talking to some guys that done it done that posted on this forum. I decide to just call the office!! Booked for Jan 4. I forwarded the receptionist my flight info.

And a week before my surgery she sent me my hotel info.

So I fly into McAllen Jan 3. Sleep at hotel. Paid for my Nader.

Morning of Jan 4 his driver picks me up. Lol he arrives at 730 even though my email said he was gonna arrive at 8am. Good thing im a early bird. We drive into Reynosa Mx. Maybe 15 min from hotel? Not once did I feel scared. My family thought i was nuts going to MX to get a transplant.

Haha I base my decision going there bcus of this forum and some guys on YouTube that went to Nader.

So I arrive at the office. Meet the famous Dr.

We talk for an hour or so about what's gonna happen. He draws my hair line and asks if I agree or not. And tells me I needed 1500 grafts. I was prepared to pay for 2500 grafts so I saved me some Mula! He said my hair was very thick. I barely had an single grafts that he could find.

Anyways u know what happens next. Grafts were removed from sides and back. Took a break. And then grafts were placed while I was sitting leaned back watching a movie. My head was numb the whole time so I didn't feel any pain at all. Nader removed and place all the grafts by himself along with an assistant. He had a team of maybe 5 or 6. I forgot.

So post op. We talked about everything. He printed out my daily routine for next week. And prescribed me pain meds, antibiotics, and anti inflammatory meds

Santos the driver arrived and off away we go back to TX

Well here I am 8 days after my surgery. U can tell from my pics how the days go. The scabs on both donor/recipient areas have gone! Yay. Not I'm still red in my recipient area. Hopefully that clears away soon. But so far so good. Hope u enjoy the pics

Btw. I posted this for all the people like me. That wanted a great hair transplant by a great doctor at a great price!!

Nice! Congrats Operator. I'm 5 mos post op myself and loving my results.

  3. Congratulations looking very good man

What part of the procedure does Dr. Nader do and what part is left to the techs?

If the techs do the graft placement can you let me know how long they've been with him.

Hey hsrp - the only time Nader left me was when the grafts were in place and I was being cleaned up. this was done by the sr. tech, which he informed me that this was going to happen before the surgery started. aside from this, he was there the whole time of the surgery. obviously the clean up was at the end and this took a little bit over 30 mins...

    hope this helps...

  4. 100 days in and its crazy to see the transformation. I remember before this latest HT, at this stage of my hair growth following my last haircut, I couldn't do sh*t with my hair. It was always limp despite what ever product I used to try to add volume. Now 100 days into my last HT, I still haven't cut my top yet and I can just add a small amount of pomade to manage it. Feels great!

  5. aWidowsPeek, despite positive results and positive feedback from patients of Dr Nader, we will always have an uphill battle here since Nader is not signed up in this forum. Although I did much of my research here to which again I'm very happy with my so far 2 month results (will only get thicker from here), trollers will always throw all the negativity they can find to discredit Nader's work.

  6. Visited Dr. Nader's website. But could not find any before and after images. Does anyone know where the link is?

Milo - I will have to agree with the rest of the forum users that Dr. Nader's website is not the greatest there is.

My research on his work consisted of reaching out to patients from this forum as well as patients I found on YouTube that posted on one of his patient's progress videos. Every patient I connected with was extremely happy with his work on them. I am one of those now following my August procedure.

  7. holy shit, that is a dramatic change in 12 days. I had my questions about this doc with how hard he was to reach and some of the heated exchanges with some of the posters but the work looks great! congrats iq. Do you have any pre pics, not just at the clinic but what your hair looked like grown out prior surgery for comparison sake?

Here are a few. Prior to this HT, I typically kept my hair about 1.5 inches on the front to conceal some hairline and behind hairline balding. Pic 1 is dry front, Pic 2 with product (pomade) and Pic 3 dry top.

  8. IQ,

I've been trying to get in contact with Dr. Nader. I've been e-mailing him 1-2 times a week. Still no response. Any advise? Thanks for sharing your experience and results so far. I wish you the best of luck!

Hi rstech - I provided the same answer to another forum member thatt asked me for advice on getting a hold of Dr Nader. See below.

Dr Nader responded to me after 2 days back in May. I am now 6 weeks (actually now 10 weeks) post my FUE procedure with him. My email subject to him was:

RE: Santa Clara, California interested in FUE procedure for 2250 Grafts

Emailed him 5/5/16 and he responded 5/7/16. I think he gets a lot of members here that email him wanting to validate his work without any real interest in getting a procedure done. This wastes a lot of time. He fields thousands of emails a day. The more proactive you are about your interest in getting a procedure, the more likelihood and chances you'll get a response. My .02 cents.

    Happy researching!
