After two weeks, did you notice any other thin areas? May you post any immediate post-ops of the donor area?
There was no thinning other then in the donor area.

re: recipient area
Are you washing regularly and as aggressive as you did pre-HT?
Not saying you should aggressively shampoo you head, but this might be contribute to the grafts staying put.
Have you noticed growth?
In any case, nothing can be done now but rogaine and fin and waiting it out a year
Looks good though
Congrats!
Thanks rev,
I've been shampooing like I was normally before, I'll see where I stand in 3 weeks.
-
Also, is it common that grafts have yet to fall after the 5 week mark?
-
Recipient looking great
Donor looks like shock loss like you said
But looks like an even distribution which is good news
rogaine can thicken over time but this is a "forever" treatment of you want the benefits
Will grow back regardless in 8 plus months maybe sooner
Really standard time is 8 months? That hurts.

A fair bit of the grafts haven't shed yet, is this normal?
Thoughts on the donor area? There seems to be heavy shock loss there.
Any thoughts or comments on the pictures would be appreciated.

It's been 2 weeks since the HT, is there supposed to be redness on the recipient area?
What do you guys think on using witch hazel at this point, i've heard it brings down the redness

Mansons,
You have already received some excellent advice and there are many physicians recommended by this community that provide excellent hair transplant surgery at low costs. That said, I do recommend being cautious if cost is the primary factor involved in finding a surgeon. There are many low-budget hair transplant doctors out there not recommended by this community who may give you a steep discount but at the end of the day, you will be very dissatisfied with your result and you will then need more work done and spend even more money than you would've had to originally if you selected a doctor who would've done the job right.
Many quality physician such as those we recommend will also work with you in providing payment plans so even if you can only afford certain amounts right now, if you made payments, that might enable you to spend more over a period of time to get the job done right.
I hope this helps.
Bill
Great insight, I will keep that in mind.
Also, what are your thoughts on marwan saifi? He has quite an extensive portfolio, I'm thinking about contacting him soon.

Hello guys looking for a hair transplant surgeon, who would you guys recommend? I need around 2k FUEs implanted, and I sadly only have a budget of $7,000.00 usd. I am from the usa, so that budget needs to accommodate all expenses including flight.

How have people fared to hakans transplants in recent years? I know like 3 years ago he was recommended on several boards. I'm contemplating a fue procedure with him.

Hey sorry for the late response, I had post-op pictures but I must have accidentally deleted them. 2 weeks post-op was posted in the original post.
Anyway, Just going to update myself here, as I am almost 3 months post-op I can't tell if the shock loss hair have grown back, or if the hairs are overlapping to conceal it.
For the guy that asked me about my age, I'm 42.
I'd say 25% of the recipient area has not shed, while probably 30% of the hairs started growing.
