I had eyebrow transplant 5 years ago which left me a wide strip scar (10mm near my ear 5mm at the other end). Since not every surgeon is good at scar repair, I wonder if anyone could suggest some doctors who are good at excision

I had FUE hair transplant to fix my strip scar. I would like to flatten my strip scar with kenalog injection. I also want to remove the SMP with q-switched Nd:YAG or picosure laser. My hair is black and coarse. When can I start these treatments safely?

It should not be a problem. We have many patients who are laser removing smp and are between transplants. I have seen it cause shock loss - but, the hair all back in like normal!
I am Asian and have black and coarse hair which is perfect for laser hair removal. I fear that my hair absorbs too much energy. Is there something I need to be concerned about? Did they used q-switched or picosure?

I had smp done to camouflage my strip scar. I tried FUE before and I have fair amount of hair on the scar. I don't want to kill my hair, but my smp keeps smearing and turned blue. If I use these 2 lasers, will I risk removing my hair permanently?

I'm interested in temporary SMP. But after reading Dr Rassman's articles, I'm a bit hesitated. Does anyone know if Dr Rassman's claim is correct?
QuoteThere are folks that offer temporary SMP, but the 'pigments' contain silicone and other substances which migrate from the place under the skin to deep in the fat, up the blood vessels and silicone has been found in the lungs and brain, so I question the temporary nature of these agents as their temporary nature means that they are moving out of the area that they were placed. -
It's been 7 days since I had my hair transplant surgery. I just rubbed my scab with my fingernail and I can see the scab in my nail. Since it is 7 days post op, would I still bleed if I dislodge my hair. How much blood should I have? Also, should there be any pain? If yes, how much pain?
Could anyone suggest some doctors who are good at strip scar repair using excision

what do you guys think of Hasson and Wong. People say they are really good at FUT (better excision skill?)
