Hey guys,
I'm a 29yr male, started losing my hair around 22ish. I am a diffuse thinner (NW 2) and lost about 70-75% of my frontal and mid frontal hair and about 40-55% ish or even more on my crown area. I'm been reading a lot of forums, trying various supplements on and off and recently had a hair transplant with Dr.Rahal (2900 FUE) for my front area.
I am interested in maximizing the result in terms of supplement i can take, what to avoid and what can i do to maintain and thicken existing hair. I will not use Fin though (gave sides)
I used some LLLT device in the past and i DO think it did something. I wasn't really consistent though and recently lost it (x5 laser). Thinking of getting it again. I also used a hair concealer which made my hair look really thick and it's absolutely amazing. I am now shaved though post HT so kind of depressed.
Here's what im considering:
General Hair health/Beautification:
1. MSM (1,500 tablets every day)
2. Biotin 5,000 mcg daily (want to start)
3. Vitamin B-complex, C, and E (or just a multivitamin)
4. Silicon Supplement (like Biosil)
5. Silica Supplement
6. Probiotic
Natural Regime:
1. Curcumin + Resveratrol (ImmortalHair advice)
2. Ecklonia cava extract (ImmoralHair Advice)
3. Saw Palmetto + Nettle + Beta Sits supplement (advice as to which?
Clinically proven:
1. I want to start Nizoral twice a week (3 months post transplant)
2. I want to use Minoxidil soon (1 month post op) and debating between Kirkland Foam vs Rogaine Foam. I am a bit worried about sides like "ugly face/face swelling" or "dark circles". I can't decide if people who claim they got it are weird trolls or have a point.
I want to learn about more treatments. Like CB03, RU, HR23, Copper Pepties, Adenogen or whatever else can be incorporated and boost the overall results.

counselor08 do you have any evidence backing up your claim that biotin is bad for your face skin?

Hey there!
I like your natural route and if you go for it I suggest adding MSM, Curcumin+Resveratrol and Sillica/Silicon supplement. Nizoral twice a week might help a lot too. I like Dr.Bronner's shampoo.

NO, absolutely NOT. If you wanna shave, save your sides/vertex to match the graph's length.
