Hey Guys....just a quick update...now at 8 weeks and things are going great, I have suffered a small amount of shock loss, but nothing drastic and l have definitely retained a good number of the initial grafts.
As the saying goes a picture paints a thousand words so standby for some new pics uploaded over the next few days;)

Hey Guys
Well here l am 2 weeks back home from the Big Apple and 1200 grafts into the crown courtesy of the follicle legend that is Doc Feller.....my 2nd HT like my 1st couldn't have gone any better and it was great to see the Doc again in person to review the outcome of my 1st HT with his extensive collection of pre and post op pics.....it really hammered home to me again what a fantastic job the Doc & his team of ninja techs had achieved first time around.....forever grateful guys:)......By now l quite simply couldn't wait to get back in the hot seat and have the job finished off in style:D.......
On a side note it will no doubt come of no surprise to anyone who follows Doc Fellers work, that as ever his integrity shone brightly through , much to the appreciation of my bank account:p, when he announced to me that l hadn't needed the full 1500 grafts as initially thought and to this end he was refunding me the difference on the 1200 grafts l actually received....need l say more other than Virgin flight upgrade to premium economy here l come!!
Well guys l will sign out now, but not before saying a massive heart felt thanks again to the Doc & his wonderful techs for everything, not forgetting my main man Spex .....and of course a few cheeky immediate post op pics & 2weeks for your perusal.....Yes only 2weeks and feeling good;)

Hi Guys
Well here l am 2yrs down the line from my first HT which was a 3300 FUT Session with the one and only Doc Feller, follicle Legend!! ( you can review the outcome of my first session at this link http://www.hairrestorationnetwork.com/eve/138373-dr-feller-3-300-fut-february-2010-a.html )........l make no apologies in advance for my arguably somewhat biased, but equally justified rave review of the Doc's HT surgical prowess, because as we say in my neck of the woods...the proofs in the pudding and as you see from my attached pics 'l ain't got no complaints!!'...hence why it's time for round two;).........round two being the crown area, which will complete my HT journey (for now anyway).....
I'm all booked in for this March and raring to go. As always a quick call into my main man Spex....who by the way has been invaluable throughout my whole journey to press and anyone who is currently in limbo and not sure what to do for the best...the very place l found myself in 2yrs ago....Spex is your man and l sincerely mean that. He has become a good friend over the last couple of years and is always at the end the phone should you need him...your the man Spex, thanks for all your help and guidance buddy;)...............now where was l.........Ding Ding round two l do believe....all booked in for March courtesy the Spexster and an anticipated 1500 FUT session into my crown with Dr Feller....all l can say guys is the proof will once again be in the eating of the preverbal pudding...except of course l've already tasted the pudding and it tastes mighty fine!!!!!..more please sir!!
Bring on the incredible Doc Feller and his tech wizards..... standby for the pic's folks!!!
Thoughtsbecomethings has left the building and is packing for the Big Apple!!!!

Hey Papillion
Great review!...being one of the Doc's fellow transplantee's l echo your sentiments 110%...having done endless research, like yourself, l opted for Doc Feller and after 3300 fut procedure with him at his NY surgery, more or less 2yrs to the day now, the results have been simply awesome. So much so that l have decided to go back and have my crown filled in this year to complete the job;).....On a final note, l couldn't go without mentioning our topman Spex, who's been there done that and tell's it how it is, warts 'n' all to coin an expression. He was superb from the start and still rings for personal catch up's today, which is the measure of what the guy is really about.....not the selling like many others l spoke to, but simply there to guide and offer his experienced opinion with a great personal touch......Keep growing my friend...the results so far are fantastic, but take it from me the best is yet to come!!

Hi guys, been a while and wanted to update... loads of trash talk of late l see.... and wanted to show my results to date and thank the good doc for a job well done. l have definitely thickened up since 12 months and I will email over Spex my current pictures to put up, to show my transformation... Couldn't be any happier, seriously....l think the pics speak for themselves.... Definite further maturing and positive change since 12 months.....I am in the process now of just finding the time to return to NY to see Dr Feller to finish me off in the crown......Bring it on!!....p.s. just had a school reunion with some pals l haven't seen for over 5years and they all kept on about my hair......l told them it was just good living!!....Doc your the man!!!

Hi Guys
I feel saddened to have come across this post....l am 1yr post op after 3000 graft FUT with Doc Feller. I actually ended up with 3300 gratfs at no extra cost courtesy of the Doc and his team, however anybody who has researched his work will know this is far from uncommon. My own results are nothing short of fantastic and my journey with photo's is well documented within my profile....a journey that has been memorable for all the right reasons....down to my first contact with Spex and then onto consultation with Doc Feller and finally my ht.....during every stage of the process l was dealt with professionally with a great personal touch. Spex returned every call and email l made within a 24hr period and often within the first couple of hours. The Doc himself was brilliantly reassuring both during my consultation, op and post op follow up. He has answered my emails and forwarded pic's l requested quickly onto me, aswell as promptly return my calls either personally or via his staff....to be quite frank l am pretty miffed with the negative posts and can only say on my own behalf that the service l recieved from the Doc and all his staff from start to finish has been FIRST Class and the results of my HT by the Doc have been WORLD Class
I hope your personal results improve 'justaguy' and would suggest maybe your excessively negative comments could be borne from the frustration of your poor growth rather than Doc Feller and his team who have built up their excellent reputation over a number of years through the sheer quality of their work
Best regards

Hi Guys/Girls
Well here is my latest update some 8months down the line now.....how time flies!! Things have gone pretty fantastic so far and Spex tells me it will only get better so bring it on!! The pics l have attached to this blog are 7 months post Op and they pretty much speak for themselves. I have not attached any pics of my Donor Scar because quite frankly l definately can't find the bloody thing now!!......once again great work Doc!! However you can if you wish to view, find a short video of my donor scar at 4mths in my video section and you can clearly see even at 4 mths the scar was minimal.
In relation to meds l have been continuing with Rogaine Foam and Alpecin shampoo, ( ?5 in boots and bloody good stuff in my eyes!)), l have only just last month started taking propecia 1mg daily to help maintain and retain my current hair....a little slack of me only just going on the meds 7 mths post op, but too be honest the results have been that fantastic, l have just not felt the urgency to order them. Anyway if only to keep Spex happy i've succumbed to propecia and have had no sides that l have noticed, the little lads still raging and keeping my missus happy, if you get my drift
I will post again at the 10 mth mark with fresh photo's and for anybody checking out my profile for the first time, please feel welcome to look at my earlier forum posts as this is my first blog entry and my earlier forum posts have the before/after pics, so you will really be able to get a feel for the fantastic job Doc Feller and his team of ninja techs has done............l will be forever thankful Doc......Your the Man!!!
Love n Blessings

Hi Guys/Girls
Well here is my first post having recently returned back to the uk after my hair transplant with the one and only Dr Alan Feller at his great neck, New York practice........
I'm in my early forties and first experienced hairloss approx in my early twenties and it has been ongoing since then. Prior to seeking out Dr Feller and his fantastic team, l had explored laser treatment, dusteride and more recently provillius (an herbal hair loss remedy l started taking as an alternative to dusteride, purley because my wife and me decided to try for another baby). In fairness l have definately had a reasonable degree of success in slowing down my hairloss over the years particulary with dusteride, however like many of us my real dream was to regain the hairline l had slowly but surely lost over the years....
Fast forward to February 2010 and after 12 months of surfing the web and various online consultations l opted to go for my first FUT with my chosen surgeon Dr Alan Feller. At this point l would also like to mention my man Spex who has been both supportive, available and consistant throughout the whole process with NO sales pressure in any shape or form right from the word go, unlike some of the other uk consultants l spoke with.
Having completed an online consultation with Dr Feller, l was advised that l would be looking at around 3,000 grafts to fill in my hairline and crown....so without hesitation l flew out to New York for the Doc to do his thing
The whole experience has been fantastic to be quite frank....Dr Feller and his excellent team of technicians transplanted 3,300 grafts to my frontal hairline and crown. Although with me having fine hair the Doc had to work a small miracle to successfully fill in my crown aswell.....( many many thanks again Doc to both you and to your wonderful techs who prepared my grafts to gain the coverage you did). Throughout my procedure the Doc was brilliant, not only on a professional level, but also a personal level. Some great background music, a few hours of 'braveheart',(top film) and the Doc and me putting the world to rights, infact give me an ht with doc feller all day long as opposed to going shopping with my missuss!! (I only jest wifey...honest!)....As for the discomfort side of things to be very honest it's miniscule in the grand scale of things and really doesn't warrant any concerns......marginal discomfort as the donor area was injected and then the painkillers took care of the following couple of days after the surgery. I had a small amount of swelling at day four totally gone by day six and again no real issue, (otherthan inspiring me towards botox having seen my forehead wrinkle free again ).... The donor area has felt tight (as you would expect), but not painfully tight and just recently at day 10 when my staples came out most of the tightness dissapeared.
I'm currently 12 days post surgery, so very early doors, my donor scar is healing fantastically well and with no problems. The transplant area has only a few small scabs remaining and the reddness has totally gone already. Overall i'm absolutely thrilled with the whole process and the real good parts still to come!!!...bring on the growth!!!
Spex has assured me he will post some pics courtesy of Dr Feller and l will post some more current pics as the weeks/months go by. For all you potential hair transplant wannabes out there surfing the net and forums as indeed we all have, all l can say guys/girls, is go for it and on a personal level l would HIGHLY recommend the wonderful Dr Feller and his team of marvellous techs, not forgetting my main man spex, who together have made what was a potentially a daunting prospect absolutely pain free and already life changing....
Remember everything in life is about taking massive action.....go for it guy's!!!

Hey Cruze14
Thanks for your vote of confidence buddy and l'm glad my posts have helped move you forward with your hair loss journey.
All the best for December l'm sure Dr Konior will do you proud;)
On a final note its now 4years since my first procedure and everything looks great, the crown didn't quite fill in as much as l would like but to be fair within 3 months of me having the procedure my teenage son was diagnosed with a brain tumour completely out of the blue, so it has been a very stressful two year period. However that said he is on the mend now albeit with some small complications, but hey ho we still have him by our side and for that l am eternally grateful.
Live each day as though its your last guys and embrace life!!
All the best
