  1. Delboy,

I'm glad to see that you are still posting updates showing your progress. Everything appears to look good. How are you feeling about your results so far?

considering some of the recent controversy is, I am very interested in seeing how real patients are doing and growing under the care of Dr. Doganay.

I look forward to your response.

    Hello Bill

Thanks, as things are yes I'm happy with results considering my case and having a limited doner area. The clinic have always contacted me see how I'm doing and always answered questions/queries I have

I can see and feel the difference on my hair I was aware that I would likely need a 2nd operation for crown area / density and ive booked another point in next year at same clinc

I understand I will never have amazing hair like some on this Fourm but to me it's a much better improvement to where I was ? Hopefully in the future with new tech there will be improvements that can help people in this fourm with their goals and getting there

  2. Delboy thanks for updating us again, for your crown, are you doing beard? Scalp? How many grafts do you plan on doing? That's actually my next surgery is the crown, I really like how Dr. Doganay addressed your sides, in your first pictures the side views showed significant thinning of the lateral humps, in the pictures you provided it looks like you got good density now.

Hi HTsoon Thanks :0) , yes all depends on how many grafts i am able to get and beard grafts would have to be used again

  3. Hi Delboy000. Thanks for updating your FUE thread. I see that your hair looks kind of curly now in the update pictures. Did Dr Dogannay say this is from the beard grafts? Do you have any more pictures of the top with your head looking down (I don't know what this angle is called)? I am looking at FUE myself and I think I might need a similar amount of graphs on top and was wondering what you looked like from the top now? Thank you!

Hi SunSeeker yes id say its little curly i normally have a haircut every 3-4 weeks [now due] to keep back and sides tidy ect.. To my knowledge nothing was mentioned about curly hair with reference to beard grafts.

im looking to get some more grafts to cover more of the crown area as at the time i could not get anymore to the crown area as you can see in picture. The monoxidil does help but ive just run out and im looking at more possible grafts in future to cover as much as i can so i'm aware 2nd FUE operation is needed. Thanks

  4. I'm thoroughly impressed with your results, especially since half of the grafts were beard hair, this definitely gives some of us some hope in body hair transplantation. Are you happy so far with your results? How would you rate Dr. Dogsnay, he's at the top of my list of doctors I'm gonna go with.

Hi HTsoon Thanks and sorry for late reply but some how i didnt get an email notification from the post..

Yup happy with result so far considering im NW 5/6 I understand that my hair will never be as thick as when i had it when younger but defo an improvement looking possibly if i can for top-up to fill in bit more in crown. but yes Dr Doganay and his team/Techs are very good for what i had done. best of luck with your journey forward

  5. Damn that's a huge difference, the beard donor area isn't even noticeable at all, I'd venture to say even less noticeable than the scalp. Did he use beard hair on the hairline?

Hi HTsoon that i remember first day was the head donor and second day was beard donor that i recall hairline implanted first from hair donor and worked back but beard donor would of been used to fill areas if needed

  6. Thanks mate, I'm still in shock it came out so good myself! No meds for me, I know I obviously went ahead with cosmetic surgery but as a rule I'm quite holistic and try to look after myself as much as I can (not the typical builder!)...so I don't like taking meds if I don't have to, even paracetamol! I was worried that I wouldn't get as good a result as some of the guys I have seen on here who have med routines, but I took lots of advice from the clinic I used who were great in giving me lots of detailed info re plus and negatives of taking meds and I think I made the right decision for me.

How are you getting on with your recovery? Which clinic did you use? Hope it's going well for you pal

Cheers matey recovery seems to be going well think I'm hitting the shock loss phase  I went to AHD Clinic in Turkey
