  1. Your hairline looks superb bro. I too am a perfectionist and tend to be hyper-critical, so I totally get where you're coming from, but from these pics it looks solid.

    Who was your HT Doc?

There was this one thread on here, I believe by someone who had their HT done by Feller, who wasn't satisfied at 12 months. So he went back to his Doc and the doc told him to wait 18 months before making and decisions. He even posted pics at 12 months and it looked like it could have def been denser. But he posted again at 18 months and it looked beautiful. Totally filled in and natural. I don't remember the thread name, but if you do some digging I'm sure you could find it.

    Cheers

  2. Radio,

Hope all is well! I remember your case.

As to your question ... No, this does not happen. I've been asked this before, both online and in consultations. Long story short, there is simply too much complex laxity and tissue redundancy in the scalp for this too occur. And FUT doctors are generally very careful about judging laxity and determining how much tissue can be removed without a permanent change -- like you describe.

So no changes in the crown, nape hairline, and we don't throw in complementary brow or upper-facelifts while doing FUTs either!

You may have had some additional thinning in the crown, however. Pictures may help.

    Thanks doc!
