Looks good , try not to worry.
You will see improvement every few days in healing.
Then some shedding and dormancy.
3-4 months is when most see the hair really start to grow.

I'd say they are most likely new growth . From what I've read on here it can take up to 18 months for full result. You are probably not even half way there so I'd relax and try not to panic. I've had stubble some weeks and not as much other days so I'd say that's just some hairs growing.
A friend of mine is now 2 years post op and says that all the way along you can get phases of growth and also some shedding here and there. It can take a while to settle . You have had quite a lot of grafts and some grow months before others . Anyway it can only get better so relax and try not to obsess on it. Best wishes D
