Is there a reason why you are limiting your options to London? Suggest you expand your research further by looking into European surgeons as well.

Just a lot easier for me, I'm very close to Harley Street. As I'm just looking to get the crown thickened up I'm hoping there'll be capable surgeons for this in London. Anything more complicated and I'd consider going abroad.
