Yes, I am familiar with the fact that he was trained by a physician whose license was suspended after repeated purported messiah complex/schizophrenia episodes.
Hahaha!

"I had a really great hair transplant in Turkey, but now I don't have any legs because I lost them in an ISIS airport bombing. Does anyone know a good leg-transplant doctor?"

I've seen a lot of your work and have been very impressed by it on the whole.
This particular result is also impressive but a bit more aggressive than the other restorations you posted.
How old is the gentleman, and do you have any reservations about using so many grafts in the frontal third?
-
Really superlative. How old is the gentleman?

Surgery doesn't fall under the banner of "things on which you want a bargain."
We're talking about your body.
Save up and go to a reputable shop in the U.S. or western Europe.

Marginal improvement. Would have expected more for 1500 in that space.

because most people are jealous of his success
Hahahaha!
"Mom, why didn't any of the boys ask me to the prom?"
"Well, they're all just intimidated by your beauty, sweetheart."

I'd forgotten all about this thread.
How sad.
I can imagine Feller in 1985: "Betamax, people! Betamax! VHS is a fad! Don't buy it!"

Honestly, he's not much of a slick salesman and goes into auto pilot most of the time in his videos, but he does have a solid track record. I say judge him on the work, and he unquestionably has the most extensive amount of videos on youtube of any surgeon I've seen yet. I do find it funny because I can almost anticipate exactly what he's going to say next.
Well, once you have a full set of hair, it helps draw attention back to the eyes, the nose, and all the features God created for you.

Don't know that I like the temple points quite as much as some others, but it's a very good job overall.

Gatsu,
There are many who feel that this is a fictitious condition but there seem to be enough stories out there where we have taken it very seriously.
There are simply too many statements by too many doctors to credit the idea that it's "fictitious."
-
seems like many other doctors could learn from his hairline techniques. Bhatti especially. his hairlines are the worst I've seen on this forum since I've been researching.
Shots fired!

Mankind has always invested too much confidence in its machines. We see a robot, and we think it's better.
But of course, a robot is only as good as the humans who programmed it, and from what I hear, the current iteration ARTAS leaves a lot desired.
I will avoid for the time being.

Rahal is a terrific surgeon, but I still recoil at strip scars.
Good luck, Ernie. You seem to have good temple points, so that should help.

Does anyone know what Dr. Konior's FUE rates are?
-
Thank God that you have these sorts of choices.
-
The best FUE doctors are all in Europe too. Kind of a no-brainer.
A very debatable proposition offered with an air of certainty.
There's really no reason to stay in the states for FUE on a budget. There's no reason to have cosmetic surgery on a budget.
-
This is a growing club, it seems.
-
One of the best results I've seen in my 10+ years on these boards.
Please tell me it's FUE.
-
Why is it that the root stays dormant for 3 months? Wouldn't it be cool if we could find a way to bypass this 3 month dormant stage? You'd have hair growing from the beginning.
That's just a notch below hair-cloning on the holy-grail continuum.

The hairline looks somewhat thin for 3,200+ on a NW 3.
-
From what I've seen, women with naturally high hairlines tend to benefit more from a scalp reduction than from a transplant.
-
It seems your expectations were too high if you're not satisfied with that. It looks full and natural.
I agree that it's a good result given the extent of his loss nd the number of grafts used, but I wouldn't agree that it looks "full." The right side of his hairline is completely transparent----and that's in photographs, which, as any forum veteran knows, make transplants look a lot better than they do in person.

Unfortunately, life is chock-full of people looking to separate you from your money, and if you're unable or unwilling to fight back, you're in for a rough ride. The patient seems like a nice fellow but frankly, he comes off as a bit of a milquetoast, and that's not going to work in situations like this.
Considering FUE, just started finasteride (pics)
