    How did you know I didn't contact the clinic after the procedure?? The fact is that the doctor couldn't close the gap after he cut the strip out. He stripped the my scalp skin again and again when he tried to close the gap for more than 2 hours. My donor areas were completely messed up. Right after the procedure, I immediately contacted with them and talked about the issue. They didn't want to face the issue and just told me it would be ok. But the donor area would never be ok. I believe the doctor knew the result right after the procedure. He just couldn't do a better job. This is the best result they could offer to me at that time.

     

     

     

     

     

    Scalp biopsy? I guess that's your sense of humor. I guess..

     

    I worked in a clinic for several years and after looking at Strata's pic it was the only logical conclusion. Incidentally, you don't have to be an allopath or go to medical school to figure this out... If you look close at that pic, you can see disfigurement and irregular discoloration in the affected area which looked like the result of a recently healed (or healing) infection.. If the area became inflamed and infected to the point that tissue dies causing scarring, yes, you will likely lose some hair as a result. This is what I believe happened. What I don't find logical is an incision was made and his hair fell out leaving large hairless areas. :rolleyes: Something else I was wondering is when did he first realize his incision was not healing properly and why didn't he contact the clinic? He should have been more vigilant communicating his complications with CSC instead of allowing the infection to fester to the point of going necrotic. I think this is the risk all clinics take when the patient leaves their care. Cases like these become especially challenging if the patient is from another country, culture, language and resides in another state. His membership says he is from mainland China so maybe there were communication issues. Hard to say but at least this can be fixed and I wish him well as Mandarin was my second language too.

    Did you work for this clinic? How did you know I had an infection? How did you know I didn't follow the post procedures?

     

     

     

     

     

    Strata, I'm sure you feel bad and take pride in your appearance but I had to comment based on my own medical knowledge and experience. Your head looks like the result of an untreated infection rather than a surgical error. Makes me question if you followed the post-op instructions and kept the incisions clean with hibicleanse followed with polysporin 3-4x/d as instructed per the post-op kit CSC gave you (I got one too)? Did you fill your prescription for the broad spectrum antibiotic Keflex? If you followed post-op procedures and took the antibiotics I cannot reasonably see how a surgical incision caused your result unless it became infected. I am just curious how your hair fell out like that unless necrosis occurred due to infection? I searched the net and could not find another example of an HT procedure with your results. If you were a little lax in doing what you were supposed to, and not that it matters now but maybe you should take it easy on trashing the clinic for what looks like a case of self-negligence.... And mind you, when I say neglect I mean if you knew your incision wasn't healing and were experiencing unreasonable discomfort i.e., excessive soreness, redness and oozing, you should have contacted the clinic OR SOMEBODY..... Looks like what ever problem you were experiencing at that time you sucked it up and dealt with it when I think you know now you should have said something.

     

    I've personally had two procedures in the last year and a half at CSCHI and had good experiences both surgeries. My most recent was last week and could not be more pleased. They also could not have done a better job with 2000 graphs. I read the post-op kit instructions, bought the supplies, followed the directions and cared for the procedure without a hitch. After seven days my graph scabbings are healed and donor site sutures come out next week. Not only did the healing go well but the procedure itself. The graphs were placed for very natural looking hairline and to ensure the maximum density possible. Just what I asked them to do. I would challenge any doctor in the US if they could do better work because I honestly could not have expected better results if I had done it myself. This is what I call value added services on steroids... CSC more than lived up to their end of the procedure. Today I started my six weeks free laser treatments at the clinic. Now it's up to me and my body to start growing some hair....

     

    CSCHI has had a good reputation in Denver for years and I am sorry Strata but your attack of Colorado Surgery Center on this site is anything but the truth. This is an exemplary surgery clinic with an experienced cohesive surgical team doing the same work you could pay four times more elsewhere. You can spend more and get less but but for my money I will continue to use Colorado Surgery Center & Hair Institute for the services they offer because they are the best.

     

    I'd be happy to meet anyone interested in seeing my HT graphs you just have to buy me lunch in South Denver. I like Jimmy Johns and Wahoo. :)

    To BoulderBalder: Thank you for telling your story. We are the victims of the same clinic. People should know the truth of this clinic. Please don't return back to this clinic for any operation anymore!!! Do you want to get butchered again? Ask refund and go somewhere else for your scar revisions. Send your story to BBB and Colorado Medical Board, please!!! If you want to sue this clinic, let us do it together.
